Should I Modify? 2017 Audi A3 (8V) - AVE Explores

In today’s video we wanted to explore whether or not you should modify a 2017 Audi A3. We figured that when driving modified cars, we can do a typical “should I buy?” video on them because they are no longer representative of the car to which the mods have been fitted. We thought we would take a different angle and try to determine whether or not the mods are worth it for the price. Hope you enjoy the new “Should I Modify?” series. Hi everyone sorry for the abrupt cut at the end, we had 30 seconds of our video file get corrupted. After Ted says have at it we basically said: “this car is far from the best at everything, but it’s a great starting point for a build that you need to drive on a daily basis”

Great video, they're a great platform with tonnes of potential. Got S3 and getting new turbo soon. Those generation the Audi kicks more than the Golf, one of the mod of the Golf with OBD2 is setting up Audi style throttle curve. Always impress how they can switch from little weapons to easy to drive daily. Subbed ofc :)

Thanks for the comment! Nick from the group has owned a lot of VW’s and Audi’s. His wife had the GTI we reviewed in a previous video. They didn’t love it so she now has a 2020 S4 and the next video coming out is a review of a 2019 Golf R which is miles better than the GTI! What turbo are you upgrading to?

@@aveautomotive2441 I went for the Venom 550 after recommendation, going for a normal stage 3 first then installing meth and changing injectors/fuel controller so can push 550-570, the limit until engine is forged.
