"Anytime there are castles involved in a story, women are being locked somewhere." Wow what a powerful line. I have loved Kristen since I was a teenager and had a poster of her on my wall of her flipping the bird with her black nail polish and black mullet, so when people walked into my room they were just being flipped off by Kristen Stewart. She felt like a physical representation of the angst, inner turmoil, anger and revolt I felt as a young girl. So many of her early indie films are the ones that have still stuck with me through adulthood life; Speak, Welcome to the Rileys, Fierce People, In the Land of Women, Adventureland, Equals and obviously Panic Room which wasn’t a small indie but still one of the best thrillers. She really encapsulates such a specific phase/time in my life!
Panic Room is honestly so underrated and under remembered. Truly an incredible film, once I went on a Kstew binge years ago and found that one I knew she was talented beyond her time.

I used to think she wasn’t a good actress until I read the books again after 15 years. She really caught Bella’s personality and played exactly how the character was described. I've always admired Kristen from as early as Speak and Panic Room all the way to to the Runaways. All the hate she used to get was so stupid.I think she shines her best in her indie films or smaller movies more than major franchises.
Found some additional Kristin Stewart movies I hadn’t heard of. I always liked her. She never went after only the blockbusters. I love that she likes small films. It says something about her. Admittedly I didn’t love her acting in twilight and I hated crimes of the future but I like her even more after watching this.

I have so much respect for anyone who can speak like this and remember lines from such a wide range of time. So much respect for her emotional attachment and perception of these experiences, genuinely a pleasure to see her sharing herself and her internal dialogue, this was really great ❤️

It’s SO refreshing to see an actress that is confident in her unique authenticity and beauty with no intention to get any plastic surgery to fit some ideal that is pushed on women.
I've just been loving seeing Kristen Stewart come into her own more and more over these last few years and this interview was so lovely. I'm really curious as to why she hated making Charlie's Angel bc I loved it and wish there was a sequel with this same cast but obviously her experience BTS and what she felt about this new iteration is personal. Also, the "you're getting water in my mouth" was such a good one that can have a duplicitous connotation. Loved it and I'll have to go see where I can watch the short.
I could listen to her talk all day, the way she describe movies, her smirk I feel like people who shit on her 17 yr old performance are ppl who never moved on in life. She has improved a lot as an Actress & person.
It is such a sight to see how Kristen has grown so much in her craft. Seeing how her mind works, behind an in front of the camera. Her excitement for all aspects of the film is seen on her face. She speaks so openly about each of her lines in the movies.
As someone who loved the movie since 2019, and hated how it was treated after Disney bought out 20th Century Fox, I am SO HAPPY that Underwater is receiving a new life.🙌🏼 Kristen should definitely be seen as an action star, as well as all of her other abilities. I just love her.
This is really revealing and intriguing to see the mind of Kristen and how it works. It’s clear she is a deep thinker, a deep feeler, and her mind works incredibly fast. Her heightened intelligence is on display.
I'm not a fan of actors in general, but I've loved her since Personal Shopper. I'm glad to see her calmer and more controlled with how horrible anxiety is. I'm looking forward to seeing what's next for her.
I love Kristen Stewart and her iconic slow-burn movie roles - a lot of people cannot keep me interested in slower films but she has an essence to her that is truly captivating and she is so genuine and down to earth. I love Spencer, the Runaways, the happiest season (bc that just speaks to me) and personal shopper.

@@Itsszb Ok first of all please learn proper grammar and second of all just because she cheated that doesn’t make her the antichrist. Also the fact that she cheated doesn’t mean the film is bad, get a fkin clue.
Wait until y’all realized she was basically groomed by that man
@@Itsszbis she the only actor to ever cheat? do you treat every actor the same or just women?
@@danica5235 why you are appreciating and supporting her cheat?
She’s so cool. My appreciation for her has grown.
I love her! She has really honest and mostly fond memories of her many projects, you can tell she built the career she wanted to and needed to after 2013
She is a piece of art and the artist! Love her! Love to see the world acknowledging her greatness!
She just has such a cool lovely personality. I wish people realised how talented she is instead of always remembering Twilight. She's amazing!!
I've always admired Kristen from as early as Speak and Panic Room all the way to to the Runaways. All the hate she used to get was so stupid.I think she shines her best in her indie films or smaller movies more than major franchises.
She’s legit stunning, anyone remember the blonde photos of her? She looked flawless.
Found some additional Kristin Stewart movies I hadn’t heard of. I always liked her. She never went after only the blockbusters. I love that she likes small films. It says something about her. Admittedly I didn’t love her acting in twilight and I hated crimes of the future but I like her even more after watching this.
kristen is back!!! never clicked so fast in my life 😭 can’t wait for all the new movies coming
U know…. shame on me for ever thinking she wasn’t talented. I haven’t seen half of her films. I can’t even remember some of the songs I’ve written. I have so much respect for anyone who can speak like this and remember lines from such a wide range of time. So much respect for her emotional attachment and perception of these experiences, genuinely a pleasure to see her sharing herself and her internal dialogue, this was really great ❤️
Ugh Kristen is so down to earth, it’s so refreshing listening to her. Thx for this
💯❤️👍
I remember interviews where she's visibly anxious. So happy to see her gain confidence and being present, brings out the fun that I bet was always there. As a kid, love her in Catch That Kid and Panic Room.
She has come such a long way since twilight. Very refreshing to see that shes doing well. Loved every movie ive seen her in. She is a unique, one of a kind actress. Shes always been herself and i love that 😊❤
Kirsten is so chill, she's legit one of my fav actors
she's such a fascinating person, I could listen to her talk for hours
💯💯💯💯💯
She is so well spoken , I could listen forever
this was a really great interview, she sounds so genuine
i love kristen so o much. i respect her as an actress, as a person. given the fact she was part of this phenomenon, and was always just herself is amazing. shes so chill. so unique for real
I love The Runaways. Under-appreciated.
Omg yes , this movie solidified my crush for her. I loved her so much in catch that kid when I was little
Agreed. Definitely a comfort movie
Her chemistry with Dakota Fanning is the reason why this movie was freaking awesome
I love seeing her comfortable in her own skin and talking about her movies even if she hated them
Sils Maria remains my absolute favourite.it just touches a chord.fantastic.
One of the most unfairly hated celebs. I love her and she's been in some really good movies over the years. She seems like very laid back, fun and honest person. Like a good friend as well
She is hilarious! I want to see more of her being her. She should be on a talk show or something 😍
She should have a podcast maybe
ive loved her since the first twilight movie and watching her grow not only as an actress but as a person is honestly such a privilege. can’t believe i’m alive at the same time as kristen fkn stewart
It’s SO refreshing to see an actress that is confident in her unique authenticity and beauty with no intention to get any plastic surgery to fit some ideal that is pushed on women.
Pretty girls don’t often get plastic surgery so that makes sense
I was hoping to see Adventureland. Loved her character Em and the 80s atmosphere.
Underrated movie
Good god!She is really sharpening her acting skills day by day.
Well spoken is an understatement. So interesting to hear her describe her train of thoughts :)
"is this, like, a Twilight movie?" 😂
kristen is so intelligent. it’s so striking every time i listen to her talk
*LOVED her in Camp X-Ray! She IS an incredible actress!*
This is really revealing and intriguing to see the mind of Kristen and how it works. It’s clear she is a deep thinker, a deep feeler, and her mind works incredibly fast. Her heightened intelligence is on display.
She's truly so different, love her.
I love seeing how comfortable she is in her skin now.
She’s so kind and genuine
Watched this interview and realized just how many movies of hers I've seen. She's just so good I can't get enough.
Loving this format. Especially when the actor elevates it.
