All Spiritual Practices Lead to This Simple Truth

It is only ignorance, the confusion, that I am only the body-mind, separate from the world, separate from other beings that needs to be freed in the understanding of who or what I truly am.
In this understanding the illusory separate person, the false I, gets out of the way, and the true I, consciousness, can shine through into our human experience freely.
All spiritual practices, from all traditions are basically just a support for the conditioned mind to be less attached to its beliefs (and feelings) about being a separate ‘me’. They are here to help the mind to get out of it's own way.

Yes, certainly! One of my dear teachers, Swami Tejomayananda’ used to say: “If your nondual understanding doesn’t show as a practical improvement in your life, it is not true understanding.” (paraphrased)
I sometimes call it ‘experiential living understanding’. It shows in all aspects of life.

Hello from Wales 😊 In my own experience here, the falling away of the me ( it wasn't overnight) radically shifted the outside screen. The identity of who I believed myself to be was intense victim programing, fear, health issues, Scarcity, unworthy ect. The within was definitely displaying without! The most magical and beautiful experience was that the only thing required here for the outside to shift, was to recognise the me and be with internally and to feel fully all that needed to be felt and for me there was a lot of emotion. And the revealing of love that was always here magnifys this peace emmitnating out and reflecting back. Words are not my thing and what wants to express here, but I just wanted to share. By the way, my mind still now again trys to hook my attention into an old me story but there's no me to take the bait. ❤
