Hi Adrian. My ego has a question for you 🙏🏻 The more I practice self inquiery and the more I 'witness the witness', the more time I can be in that gap between thoughts. However, all I can experience is void. Like looking at a black screen. No thought and no negative emotions, just 'blank'. Is that it? Where's the bliss Advaita teachers talk about? Where's Sat-chit-ananda? Am I doing something wrong? 🤷🏻

Is it not better to just say monism? To me it seems more economic, and precise. To say "non-duality" would open up the idea of something triple or beyond. I am pretty certain what you are referring to is the concept of "body IS spirit". That is a very pertinent phrase, and I think it encapsulates monism (or, as you say, "non-dualism"). Dualism I think implies some kind of fear of death, related to the idea that, "when you die you will be JUDGED!" Monism is relating to the idea of continuity, and that death is not some existence changing concept, but just a cycle of existence, opening up the avenue to new experiences.

If you use your mind to study reality, you won't understand either your mind or reality. If you study reality without using your mind, you'll understand both. Those who don't understand, don't understand understanding. And those who understand, understand not understanding. Bodhidharma

Even that experience of consciousness is maha Maya or greatest illusion. The observer then disappears. Yet while living. Life aligned to truth is must for anything above mind matrix expeeiemces. Otherwise live in matrix and think like them act like them. Also suppress feelings and not truthfully expressing or feeling oneself... The matrix and forth dimension won't go away just by meditation. There is a war going on thus. People bypass multiverse from 4th and 5th dimension and seek to abide at the source. But they would have to take rebirth to complete the ladder then. There is no bypass in the long run. So fighting against evils and dark entities in the forth is must so that matrix collapses. Only a truthful man can have that energy not others do they would have to take birth again to complete. Duality and non duality are one. Duality is the story of enlightened bodies at that time and non duality is the science however neither of them these days produce any enlightenment but a simulation and weak auric field. Simply fake and claimers. Human biofield would be different on enlightened as we see the benchmark from matrix to different stations and respective field around them. They deny these but their self ego delusion is super high so we ignore them yet its to avoid such claimers not for ego challenge.

Individual identity always wants to hold on to something, it seeks for validation from outside by identifying with anything around. It needs some coat of insulation, if left naked it will die instantly . Consciousness is the substratum in which these millions of I rise and fall. It seeks no support Bec only it is there expressing as everything everywhere.
