The home stretch from 10:58 - 12:14 drips with humor; hope it’s not lost on the marketing geniuses that inspired the sarcasm.

Afraid I’m still not sold on Chinese bikes. Had so much poor quality stuff that breaks made in China over the years, and I’m still not sure about the ethics of their workers rights. I buy my bikes with my heart as much as my head.

MV Augusta Brutale is worst quality most unreliable piece of junk I have ever owned. Making it Chinese can only be an improvement as MV have set the bar so incredibly low.

Besides the issues of quality control, there are serious issues with propping up the Chinese Communist Party.
They don’t allow any industry without government involvement. Some of that is more transparent like direct ownership by the CCP. Some of it is more covert like all private owners being members of the CCP. Either way, my money will not be going to Chinese companies if at all possible. I love the Chinese people but I won’t support Chinese companies that are funding their totalitarian government.

CF moto making a superbike with a KTM engine would be a master stroke. After all, if KTM aren't willing to make superbikes then CF Moto making use of the 1390 and 990 makes sense.

China can hit the open niches in the marketplace. A big twin sportbike that isn't Ducati (or Ducati priced) could attract buyers. I am surprised one of the engine manufacturers haven't made a 500 two-stroke and then you would see four or five different Chinese brands use it in cheap dirt bikes.

Brilliant delivery and very informative. It does make me wonder if the Chinese are on the cusp of doing to the world's motorcycle industry what the Japanese did to the British?! But surely the Japanese wouldn't allow such things?

A Chinese influence on MV bikes can only be an improvement on the beautiful garbage that came out of Italy, MV is the only bike brand ever that I regret owning.

Whilst criticism of how we manufacture hydrogen is valid, exactly the same point can be levelled at how we generate electricity for EV’s.

Benelli/SSR/QJ is curious, at least in the US. QJ acts like they want to market with their own brand name, but have zero brand recognition. SSR builds solid and reliable dirt bikes but nothing dual-purpose except the air-cooled models no one wants off-road. Benelli is owned and produced by them but still available in the US, although not the bigger models some of the rest of the world gets. It is like they (QJ) are not entirely sure of their marketing strategy. It seems like they have both holes and redundant models in their lineup.

Just like most people shouldn’t see how sausage is made, I didn’t need to see, just below and between the operator’s crotch, that giant red hydrogen bomb on the Suzuki scoot. Or more accurately, Skoozie Boom. 😂😂😂
As Dustin Hoffman was told in, The Graduate, that plastics was the future, I’m hoping biofuels are, and not electric or hydrogen.
Good to see and hear from you, Mat.

Even if this man made climate change nonsense is true, why put restrictions on petrol bikes when their demographic is so small. Putting this mode of transport out of the financial reach of simple folk for very little gain is evil.
