Love this story. Hilarious, both Howie and Mike Judge.
Wow. Wish we still had old men who were willing to help us youngsters like that! Damn!
That’s southerners for, always willing to help out. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met.
Movin back, ppl are miserable n nasty up north.
What’s funny is that I never realized there are a lot of Hank Hills in Houston till I started working at my current job lol
That lady was uncomfortable when howie said thats not the way you do it you have to do it from the back 😂😂😂😂😂
Hank Hill is by far my favorite animated character voice; it's so effortlessly funny
Think we can all agree now that king of the hill is a true american family kind of cartoon.Thank you Mike Judge for the masterpiece.
Thanks Mr Judge. For the kickass memories.
such a chill down to earth dude! also i live in fort worth and this is accurate.
My wife and I absolutely love KotH. I've lost track of how many times we've re-watched the show from the first to the last season, and we're still not tired of it. Hank Hill is probably the most likeable, wholesome and inspirational animated character ever created. They sure can't make shows and characters like this anymore, if you know what I mean...
Watching Mike do the Hank voice in person is surreal and hilarious at the same time😂
I like how his regular voice is butthead
Always loved king of the hill. I watch it every day on adult swim in the evening. I remember when it first aired in fox.
I was hoping for the Reboot but I still watch King Of The Hill til this day !!!!! Every day Actually!!!!!
KingoftheHill is so insightful, true to human nature. Those of us who live in rural America appreciate the exquisite attention to truthful representation. Silicon Valley is another which evidently expresses the culture exactly. Anyone interested in Crypto now would love the show Silicon Valley.
this clip just brings me so much joy
I’m in the dallas suburbs as well and that is 100% accurate I have had several neighbors like that
What awesome neighbors to have! I hope you at least got them a round of cold ones or light up the bbq to make some burgers for their lunch after helping you put up a fence for free!
He made a cartoon about them at least
Maybe he was worried about not doing that "right" either. Or maybe he did try but he used charcoal and got sent back inside lol
That's the great thing about KOTH and how the characters came to be. We all know someone that is like Hank. I had a member of my family that was just like Peggy. Of course even the more cartoony characters like Dale, Bill and Boomhauer all have qualities that we can tag on someone we know.
I'm born and raised in ft. Worth tx, and that is pure Texas suburbs. Even at some apartments we'd help neighbors work on thier cars.
Awesome! I have been re-watching all seasons lol 😆
I love your Stories here on The Origins of " King of the Hill " that is so, Cool. I loved listening to You Guys here talking. And your Stories here brought back great Memories of all the Years that I loved in my Beloved State of Texas. I lived there for 17 years total I miss it alot & hope that I can return there to live one day. I have Adult Kids & Grandkids that are still living there to this day..I enjoyed listening to Your You Tube Channel here too Howie. I will Subscribe & listen to it more when I can..I am almost a 7 day Full Time Caregiver here my Relatives & Family Members . So, free time is limited for me. Very limited. I have been Caregiving for 13 years now. Long years. Very long years.
The South sounds spectacular. This would never happen in the PNW. I can't imagine having good neighbors.
i dont doubt those four guys have watched KOTH and drank beer together while doing so
If I was to have Hank hill as a neighbor I can almost assure you I never would have tried meth. lol. Judge is the pivotal parental figure some of us needed in life ngl
King of the hill is one of the best shows ever.
I must say, I didnt appreciate king of the hill, it was always the B show to watch after the Simpsons. 15 years later, King of the hill is my favourite show, it was not appreciated for its fantastic sense of humour!
The crazy part is how true to life it is, im born n raised in dfw, ove met hank hill all the time, same with Bill, boom, and rusty
Exactly. It clicked with me as an adult far more than it did as a kid.
@@deadmeatjb exactly I absolutely love the realism and how truthful it is
@@SilversteinRescue exactly
Its my favorite show I've watched it so many times. I love how well it hits life and home.
Was literelly just in Richardson by chance and I couldnt help but feel the KotH energy. Crazy.
Not gonna lie I’d totally get an autograph from the actual people Hank and his friends were modeled after.
Mike judge is awesome.
Will there be a King of the Hill redo? I’d love it!
Those are damn good neighbors!
One of the greatest shows ever made
