Great vlog! I really like your videos as I always learn something useful from them. This is the moment nature "sleeps" but we must prepare the ground for the next year! Thank you very much for sharing 🪻💕🍀
Great background !! Green foliage, trees, blue sky, gentle breeze !! What a soothing atmosphere !! It's an ideal place for a person to settle there forever !! 👍
Welcome back my dear, Lets hope we keep hearing from you through the colder months as your great at what you do, I'm a proffessional ( Gardener ) Horticulturist in England and I love how you do your Gardening, A bit of a rest and then planning for next season, You and your Mom take care
Very nice! I don't think winter is so bad; it happens every year so there must be some reason for it. Time for everything to rest and reset. The fair was quite nice too; I enjoyed the artistic representations using food and organic materials. Such color! I hope young people will continue to see agriculture as a worthy pursuit in their lives.
I second your mother’s amazement over the bread. Bread that I’ve even had that’s been shipped to a store here from Belarus is one of my very favorite types of bread. Hope your mom got the best loaf in the market.
lol I’m gonna leave this in here just as a little joke hope it doesn’t get you in trouble but I would love to buy a Belarusian tractor just to put really cute girly decals all over it, just to be so funny.
@@KatsiarynaTerehova your home ovens are so iconic. Wish I had a room in my house with one. Goals. I’d probably choose to bake with the most local grain even if they might be better from elsewhere. I’ve got a huge bag of flour and some malts. Been into making wild yeast beers lately, but oh bread sounds fascinating. I have been plotting to make my own bread molasses like Slavs for borodinsky. Imagining like an “epi” bread 🌾 they call this I think this is French name for style of loaf that resembles a wheat stalk. Imagining one with breads with a few different styles like dark molasses, wheat, white, and even baking soda boiled pretzel style too. With all of these different styles in one epi bread that would be awesome. Here comes the season for all the great UA-cam videos of all of the lovely villagers over there baking decorative loaves. Maybe I’ll come out with this multi color epi bread soon but I’m a little lacking in clean space for baking really. The beer is easier for me right now.
Hello Katsiaryna, I've been following you for almost 6 years now and I just wanted to say hello from the U.S.A.. We are having the warmest November 5th on record today here in Pennsylvania with an expected high of 81 F (27 C). We reached peak leaf color 2 weeks ago and now the leaves are rapidly falling as winter rapidly approaches (despite today's warmth). I wish you the best. Have a good day!!!
Your fair looked amazing. Looks very similar to the agricultural shows we have here in the UK. Except we have them in the late summer. Doesn't seem that long ago you were showing us your summer videos. Where does the time go? What will you do with all your green tomatoes? Great video. All the best 🇬🇧.
"KT" How will you preserve or use the green tomatoes that you have harvested? Will they mature and ripen if kept in a warm place with or without sunlight? Thanks for posting!
Hi KT - that tree you were not sure of the name - I think it is a quince tree. There is a lot of folk law surrounding this tree - and goes back many thousands of years. I think the ancient Egyptians revered it and I also believe that Adam and Eve ate a Quince and NOT an apple - if you google this you will see(Adam and Eve ate a quince). Just a point about the flavour of quince - there are 2 types(i think) the 'Tree' and the 'shrub'(bush) quince - the Japonica is the shrub and far tastier and more fragrantly tangy and exotic than the tree quince. I think it is commonly refered to as the flowering quince and often used as an ornamental - Chaenomeles japonica. My wife makes Quince jelly(jam) from the Japomica every year it is amazing on toast or with meats.
That climate will produce raspberry to nine feet high with full berries because the people from Northern Idaho had one. Then they shot the black bear and the fish hatchery road washed out and they all went out of business.

Do you still have your house plants? like lemon tree, orange tree, pomegranete? etc how are they doing?
Yes, I do ☺️ the orange tree is in blossom now. I planted the pomegranate into the polytunnel a year ago and it died during winter 😔
Вялікі дзякуй, што паказалі «Дажынкі» ў Карме. Мне гэта вельмі спадабалася.

You are absolutely right about the time! It’s insane 😱
I will let the tomatoes ripen naturally, they are sturdier varieties left

They will ripen over time ☺️

Hey 👋 yeah, you’re right, but mine is a tree, I’ve tasted it once and the jam was superb
Quite the English accent!

What happened to Mr hare according to you
I wish I knew 😅 but I don’t believe it just disappeared 🙈
@KatsiarynaTerehova OK,wish you had done more of dazhinki, big fan
This looks very nice. I'm always impressed by the Slavic culture but not their tolerance for dictators.
I hope they will overcome this vulnerability.
