Can you say is there any option to edit the excel file after it have been used in mail merging, because after it is used the file becomes a read only file. Can't make any changes in same file, if want to make then it should be saved as another file. Let's check.

I have one query here can you please help to understand how to insert table in the world file( I mean in the content of the email) while sending email using mail merge option we can change Name,Salary details etc. but if there will be any information in table format how we can insert and change it while sending emails.

Dear sir,
For Eg: I have made payment for 20 suppliers and each supplier payment is the combination of different invoices with different amount.
But I having the pivot table of total payment summery.
When I click on the total amount any supplier, I will get the allocation details of their total payment.
Is there any shortcut to send allocation to every supplier(20 supplier) in a single short instead of click & send one by one.

To my best knowledge Excel doesn't have an in built option called Mail Merge.
Apart from that using the programming interface of Excel, we can create any kind of application in Excel. But creating a program like Mail Merge requires a lot of coding.

Sir, ഒരു വലിയ ടേബിളിൽ നിന്ന് left column cell value, top row cell value എന്നിവ എൻ്റർ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അതിന് ആനുപാതികമായ value (X axis and Y axis intersecting valu on table)ഉള്ള cell എങ്ങനെ view ചെയ്യാം. Pls 🙏

Interesting question! If you want to select/navigate to a particular cell using Column and Row values, use Excel Name Box.
But viewing a specific data range according to Column & Row values is a different requirement and I haven't done that before. If happen to find a solution, I will let you know.
