It’s not that titans are bad in PvE, it’s that they rely too much on being right under the enemy’s scrotum, and that means poor ranged dps options.

Been doing this for a while, but on solar. The ignition does enough damage to follow up with a melee, but the main idea was stacking Swash and radiant on Spare Rations to get 140 rpm 2 taps.
And since you spawn an orb with heavy handed, you can get all your health back after the Peregrine kill.

Quick question. When i see you use diamond lances, you jump in the air and throw the lance to freeze the enemy, and then you seem to be sucked downward perfectly to them for the melee or shotgun, is there a tech to that? Or is that the melee lunge distance boost from freezing people?

yes if you quickly do the melee attack after you throw the lance itll fling you down as if you’re gonna slam the diamond lance down for the melee, but of course since you already threw it you’ll just end up flying down without doing the melee slam attack.
Idk about controller but on mnk and you can throw the lance one direction and flick to where you wanna fly down right before the melee input. You can fly down on either but you can get a little tricky with where you land if you're quick.
That's genuinely good to know!! I don't usually run Diamond Lance on Behemoth, usually Cryoclasm because if you try to throw the Lance you're a sitting, well floating duck haha. (Irony in my username was considered! 😄)

I’ve been liking last word/DMT + lion rampant on the roller. Knockout + Unbreakable makes me feel like a close range demon. Prismatic titan feels good.
I have not seen a single person use Unbreakable in PvE or PvP on console Oceania servers.
Why? It looks so fun (I dont have TFS and I'm not getting it)
@@decoydecoy2255 I couldn’t tell you why it’s not more popular, it’s a busted ability. You win every close range fight when it’s up unless you throw. I’m the only person I’ve seen using it in my games but titan usage is low.
@@brycemoore3693Are you using the thermite bug? I find most of the time when you try and take the damage to charge it, you blow up as soon as you release the ability, trading out at best.
it needs your grenade energy to be maxed
@@xClownpiece true, but you get it back once a round if your team is playing it slow and you aren’t forced to use it if your nade would serve you better

rat king really enabling this build letting you be way more sneaky and mobile for those shoulder charge and snipe positionings. always feels nice to be able to have synergy with pretty much every part of your kit

Almost tempted to make this build. I love Sidearm/Snipe, Diamond Lances, and Frozen Orbit... but I'm not a Peregrine Greaves guy, which is the centerpiece of the build. Either way, I really need to get cooking on PVP Prismatic builds.
Wish Peregrine was a class item option, would have been so cool to combine with other perks finally.
But yeah, I'm very average and ran this all weekend and came out with some very fun clips of 2/3 kill combos.
so many titan exotics should have been on the mark but bungie hates them so lol

I loved peregrines since before the shoulder charge OHK change, even more after that and even MORE now that special ammo is less prevalent in crucible.
I stopped using it after you had to just fly in the air longer. I thought that was annoying but I guess I wasn’t a main for the exotic. Was just fun

Something i noticed, on void subclass with vexcalibur (for the tiny overshield) and Ursa Furiosa and offensive bulwark + unbreakable you can average around 3 bubbles/twilight arsenal per game if you do it well. my favorite build atm

I see titan prism as the counter class. I have lashes of thruster to stop rushing. Suppress for supers and shiver strike as an entry ir get away. Khvostov is my choice because the orbs provide a lot in the span of 10 seconds or 20 with dilation

This looks like a flow state load out to me. Understanding your kit a d exactly what you can do and when. Exactly how I like to play my titan so I’ll definitely have to check this out. The wombos that it can pull off seem absolutely insane
Same mentality to how I treated prenerf stasis titan (cryo with double harmony smg) using pure movement to survive. And always limit testing, just to see what I can get away with. Also for the cryo nerf I can still find some success with it but instead of it being a freedom of movement tool I find myself treating it more like an icarus dash. Something to save for movement through cover and full dive or full ditch scenarios. Very careful about using it mid gunfight because of how committal it is now.
All in all sick build, that I need to try out. Just need to unlock prism titan😅

This was my loadout when scorch was introduced. I was a Nuke and kill at least 3 enemies and myself with the ignitions 😂😂😂 then they patched the self damage.
I really like this build, I might give it a try myself but really lean into the shoulder charge aspect of it with Monte Carlo and orb generation. Get radiant and kinetic surge from shoulder charge then just shred
Decent build for very low skill brackets. Pub stomper for sure (when you match 0.5s). I think I'd go for a swashbuckler primary, the IB sidearm 2 bursts easily, just to name one
Controller cammy just hits different sometimes. That diamond lance ground slam tech is something new for me for sure.
BXR would be great with this setup for Pugilist and Blunt Execution Rounds

Im 95% sure that Facet of Protection does not apply to PVP. Everytime Bungie has used the word "combatant", it only applies to PvE enemies.

Got changed with TFS launch or shortly after iirc. They changed it to match the rapid-fire sidearm recoil pattern instead of the adaptive single-shot one.

They tweaked rat king recently. That’s it’s normal recoil now
Rat King got a buff to its recoil it’s really good now very easy to control
