I like the way you think!
I too believe my body has evolved a way to deal with plastic.
My current theory is that is why it is so difficult to go poop, my liver is banishing all plastic to the sewer via my butthole.
I trust my body and immune system explicitly, if i monitor my plastic exposure and visualize and truly believe my body can process it, i reckon my chances go up.
My testosterone is actually at an almost normal level, and many other health markers are great, despite chain smoking black and milds and chugging monsters

Unfortunately, microplastics is only a part of environmental toxins. We are also exposed to PFAS, PFOS, glyphosate, dioxins, DDT and BFA just to name a few. The rise of chronic disease is most likely due to a cumulative effect of all of the environmental toxins rather than a singel substance. It is possible to reduce the exposure for all of these however, you need to know what the sources are. I haven't heard of a single Health Agency that speaks up on this issue and has tried to inform the population on avoiding environmental toxins. Good work on informing about how to reduce microplastic exposure.

This has all the hallmarks of a fear monger campaign.
      Remember acid rain?
      Remember the ozone hole?
Invisible and omnipresent environmental danger that the general public has zero control over.
Just wait for it; there will assuredly be some kind of push to "remediate" the problem and it will be a bargain at the low, low price of a few billion dollars...
And then as quickly as the media hype around the problem started, it will suddenly fade away...
This is the same play that happens roughly every decade. Because every decade there is another crop of new marks, and the previous generation of dupes have had long enough to forget and reset.

  • @TheFalienGG

    Summary:
microplastics are tiny plastic particles that are found everywhere in our environment, including our food, water, and the air we breathe. They can also be absorbed through the skin. Microplastics are accumulating in our bodies and may cause negative health effects in the long term.
Sources of microplastics: synthetic textiles, car tires, dust, road markings, coatings on ships, personal care products
How microplastics get into the body: inhalation and ingestion
Potential health effects of microplastics: gut health problems, metabolic changes, brain degeneration, immune system problems, reproductive system problems
How to minimize exposure to microplastics: reducing inhalation (wear a mask, breathe through your nose), reducing ingestion (avoid bottled water, eat less seafood), supporting your body’s detox systems (gut, respiratory system, skin, liver, lymphatic system, kidneys)
How to mitigate the damage of microplastics: supporting the immune system (eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep, reduce stress), reducing inflammation (eat antioxidant-rich foods, avoid smoking and alcohol), supporting gut health (eat probiotic foods, prebiotic foods, reduce stress), supporting reproductive health (eat healthy fats, avoid processed foods)
There are some things you can do to help remove microplastics from your body, such as taking apple pectin, zeolite nanoclay composites, and activated charcoal. However, He also says that more research is needed in this area.

    This is so sad.
You can sell somebody a single metal thermos for 20 bucks, and they might have it a lifetime (if they don't lose it or badly damage it.)
Or you can sell that same person 100,000 water bottles for a dollar each. Not hard to figure out why things are the way they are.
The laws they pass encourage it (disposable vapes for instance).
Then they do stupid things like no plastic straws wrapped in paper, just paper straws wrapped in plastic.
Hearing that my body is full of microplastics was enough for me to delete at least 90% of plastic from anything that goes in or on the body. There's not a lot we can do about most of it unfortunately, and food packaging gets me the most.
They sold every living creature's health for quick profits.

People are always posting online or protesting about stuff that is irrelivant to most of us. It's ridiculous that these issues don't get addressed but it is just because of money.

Honestly nothing you can do but accept it, we just live in this era just as previous generations had flaws of modernity such as lead poisoning or prescribed drugs, asbestos or whatever else toxic, throughout history, we just living in one of those eras🤷‍♂️
