- Oatmeal in a jar. A year WITHOUT sugar! Gluten FREE! NO lactose! I lost 10 kg when I stopped using white sugar in desserts. Delicious dessert recipes can be prepared without adding sugar. I make vegan recipes with plant-based milk. I use gluten free oatmeal.
We need 1/2+1/3 cup (180 ml) espresso.
1½ cups (150 g) oatmeal.
1/3 cup (50 g) chia seeds.
1 cup (240 ml) plant milk or milk of your choice.
1/2 cup (50 g) coconut sugar or any other sweetener.
Leave for 30 minutes.
2 bananas.
Sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa.

It doesn't matter if the oats are "certified" gluten free. 70% of the protein in gluten consists of gliadin. Gliadin is the part of the gluten that causes all of the problems. Oats contain gliadin. To say that oats are gluten free is just a word game. They have all of the bad parts of gluten. If you want to be gluten free it means no wheat, barley, rye or oats. You can easily verify this for yourself by doing a web search for "gliadin".

since you add a ton of coconut sugar which is no better than any other sugar, i suppose the year without sugar starts after this recipe
How can you claim to be sugar free when a load of coconut sugar (sugar!) has been put in!?
I agree! Most of his recipes say "sugar free" with capital letters and yet have some type of sugar or stevia.
It means no table sugar or sucrose. Other sweetening agents are used instead.
@@squidandchips coconut sugar is 75% sucrose so practically the same, no healthier.

Sorry but this is not sugarfree
it's useless to give such hints. despite his announcement he'd love to interact with people around the world he never responds to any of the comments, especially when they proof him wrong. almost every recipe he declares as sugarfree contains some sort of sugar. it's only to gain clicks and traffic.
Thank you so much I salute you for this. Just recently I gave my opinion on another recipe and basically I was humiliated by someone else, and for what, for saying what I think, it doesn't matter whether it is negative or positive we all have a right to say what we think.
