They should have strict regulations about arm positions. Just like you have in arm wrestling competitions.

I’ve also heard having long arms can negatively impact things like bench pressing not just because you’d have to push it a greater total distance
As a tall guy, can confirm that long arms make bench press, chest raise, flies, and pull ups more difficult. It's just the physics of levers.

That's what happens when your arms are more easily able to get blood from the heart. At its core, this isn't that terribly difficult in terms of weight, it's keeping your arms at this level above the heart.
@@Jamplays592 you're right about the weight but you aren't accounting for the torque. Newton meters are a bit large for this but in English units they are enduring around 200 foot pounds by my totaly estimate based guess
