There it is. That was my concern previously. I kept looking at those stubby, stock shackles tucked up into the frame, thinking the end of that springs gonna be up into the frame. Lol. I love trail gear shackle kits. 🤔I still have time to order some. The last trail gear order took about a week and a half to get here. Snow and road closures... What size wheel are the 37's mounted on? I stumbled across Dick Cepek Extreme Country tires at a great price, so I went with them. Very happy with the grip on the slick rock. And at home in the snow... they're a friggin beast! Was looking for 37's but with a 15" wheel... good luck. Lol. Luvin the 85.👍👍

My 91 is on a 3" lift cant get any bigger than 33s. So I but I don't want any bigger than thirty three's locker in the front and unlimited slip in the back
Wanting to do rears up front myself. But what did you do about pinion angle and caster angle after you installed the springs? Toyota’s come factory with a 2-3 degrees of caster for wheel return and drivability, 0 degrees caster is real squarely and that happens when your pinion angle is pointing up. Did you add shims. And with Toyota’s the drives spring has more arch because of the perches, rears don’t have this. How did you get rid of the common Toyota lean?
We never bothered to check the pinion angle. Tossed 6" shackles in, and he drives and steers great! Also the lean is not even noticeable with this truck. Goal for this truck was to be as cheap as possible, otherwise I would recommend the TG spring hanger and high steer kit.
Do you think the rears up front would still give the extra flex if the axle was centered? On my rig I already got the TG shackle and a aftermarket drop drag link, also did the ball flip on the steering arm.
I want an old yota but sadly they're so hard to find especially one with a clean rust free frame.
On the bright side, if the frame sucks its generally alot cheaper! Gotta be confident fabricator to repair though.

What suspension set up does it have for front and back
Looking to do the ruf on my 83, what was needed in terms of drive shaft?

37s look huge on a little yota
haha, that thing is looking better and better each video
Looks good!!!
Looks like yota country 🤘
0 to 60 in uh it won't go 60. "Slowa than an eighteen wheela."
It'll get there! Easiest with downhill advantage.. Haha, this particular rig will be getting 5.29 gears to help.
@@DirtGarage Hi! Why not use revolver shackles?
