Mcnabb, rg3, Randall Cunningham among others had to play well in a system not built for their gifts. It is changing because these college offensive coordinators have learned to work with these players and maximize their talent.

This makes me sad as a 49ers fan. I remember how fast and how much kap could run before Harbaugh left. Then Kelly and the rest came in and made kap a pocket quarterback. I can only recall one run from Kap before he left and it was against the rams in their opening game. That's it. It's really unfortunate how misused kap was after Harbaugh.
