Almost all of us have experienced a broken heart at some point or another in our lives. Having a broken heart lets us know one thing for certain, that we truly loved and knowing that much is a gift in itself. Though the beautiful thing about our heart breaking is that our heart is similar to anything that has been broken, in the way that it can be fixed and not only fixed, but become stronger after doing so.
This sound bath was created to pulse its way through your heart with gentle vibrations to soothe and relieve any sort of heartache you may be experiencing. We wrote this song with soft, long sustained notes, played in a way to allow the sound waves to flutter and pluck their way through to your heart strings. I am at this video because I don't really fit in with most people in this 3d reality and it has caused a lot of turbulence. Talking about oneness, chakras , angels, spirit guides and how sound and frequency can heal you, wellness, spirituality or anything of that nature can have you feel alone when your friends and family don't understand you and even call you crazy. If you are reading this and you have experienced something similar no matter your faith. I see you , you are loved and the universe wants you to shine as you are. I ended my 3 year relationship, because he wasn‘t the right one for me and I lost my nerves, mind and happiness with him. He just couldn’t understand me, and he was emotional unavailable. Even though I broke up with him, it still hurts and I miss this person, even though I don‘t want him back. I’m feeling really heartbroken right now. The one whom I thought was the one for life has left. Just woke up one morning and chose to leave. My heart hasn’t ached like this since I was 16-17. I now know how to heal properly instead of drinking, partying, distracting myself with people who are not good influences for me. This is so much harder than doing all that but I know it’s all going to make me a much stronger, wiser person. I pray for everyone healing from any form of pain. I love you so much, you are not alone.

I lost a chunk of my soul, I feel anger and regret when I’m not consumed with sadness. The only thing I hate more than myself is the unwavering finality of time. Weather it’s eating better, working out, being better with money, trying new things or working on hobbies. Please please please cherish what you have because if you don’t someone else might and then and only then will you realize the importance of what you failed to recognize. I’ve been on both sides of the fence: relationship not working out/wanting an unattainable person and rejecting someone/them having unrequited feelings towards me. So knowing that, I feel sometimes I don’t have the right to feel heartbroken. What I’m going through right now isn’t a breakup…but feeling I was lead on and now all of a sudden I find that I never really had a chance with this person, as this person revealed to be in a committed relationship. This wasn’t the worst thing that happened to me but I feel sad that I keep getting into this pattern of not having a normal love life, just something full of illusion or turbulence. I currently feel like all the pain I’ve had in the past is retroactively making my pain in the present worse. But I look to videos like this and talking to trusted people to help me cope. I have been to therapy before but it didn't help as much as I thought it would. But anyways, I thank you for this service that you provided for free for not only me, but everyone here experiencing heart break.

Broken hearts doesn't always mean about love for a person. I sold my spa business over a year ago, my business partner got 3 cancers back to back. I thought it was a good decision at the time. But I miss my clients, I miss touching people to heal them. I miss it all and I'm still grieving. I really need to find a reiki therapist and get myself adjusted. It broke my heart like a tender seed sapling breaking open to bring forth new life. It almost made me cry. It's beautiful ❤ It showed me places in my heart that still haven't healed yet. You want to suppress it but sometimes you have to feel that pain, acknowledge it, and honor it in order to release it. I felt like raw dough that hasn't cooked all the way through but feeling the heartbreak helps me to process (bake) it out.
I love that you put this up within the last 24 hours. All day I’ve had synchronicities coming up for the heart chakra.. I guess this is the universe telling me that this is what I need today. 😄

I am heartbroken have been for years but it got worse bc I found something out about the person I love the other day. I pray I can be happy again. I wish we could be together again. We almost had s baby twice but miscarried. Now years later after a great relationship but awful breakup he's finally got a new girl. I never thought he could move on after me. Though I was with someone to mask my feelings and it turned out abusive. I know God and the universe have a plan for me.

I know exactly how you feel and i been in the exact same situation , tonight i found out my still husband left me a few months ago for another woman and just hours ago i found out him and the other woman is having a baby , i miss carryed months ago with my husband baby and it hurts me to my soul that hes having a baby by another woman. And now he treats me like crap and wants to divorce to have a life with his new family , i was there for over 20 years and now shes been seeing her for months and she gets it all. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I’m 19 but the best times of my life were during the years of 2014-2016. I actually felt happy and enjoyed going out with friends a lot. I was always a shy kid but an extrovert at the same time. I was always able to push past my anxiety and get shit done. I was always a fat kid growing up but I started losing weight at the age of 14. I remember being so happy all the time because the compliments I got made me feel so alive because I would always be the “ fat kid” in the group. I got my first gf at the age of 15 and ever since we broke up, shit hasn’t been the same because that year my friends turned into snakes. I’m over the girl because it was more of an experience than a relationship. I got very depressed and still am but I haven’t felt happy in a while. I’m fat again and it makes me feel worse because I was so skinny and fit. Now I’m back to what I was. I have no motivation to workout or do anything in life. Once you become woke you realize how fake everything is.
