I pray the world is healed. Blessings for all.
The world will take care of itself by rooting out and eliminatin gthe cause of the unbalancing and also will recover without anyproblems in its own time and way.. it is us that needs to heal and return to the way we should be by being in tune and balance with our surroundings .by the way if anyone really wants the true effects of resonance from the earth go find a private spot away from the city or from the noise and traffic . Find a flat slab of stone and strip down naked and lay on that slab for a period of 4 hours minimum. You will not hear the frequency but your body will reap the benifits ,also by doing this you are realeasing all the negative electrical energy stored in your body because we wear shoes all the time and we become like a battery being charged . Too much electrical charge causes and upsets the electrical flow within the nueral network and the signal processing center of the brain. If you feel like you hear the sound of wind or noise inside your mind when you lay down to sleep it is because of the overcharged body and mind.. .remember your mind is designed only for one purpose and that is to protect the body and keep it at optimum operating levels . The mind is seperate from the spirit or conciounce.. . Practice telling your brain that you are seperate . Your brain must obey your spirit regardless of what you feed it or tell it. When you wake up every morning ..tell your self that you will accept what ever happens to day and thank the great creator for allowing me to see what new things may come whether mighty or small and be prepared for sudden changes in everyday routine and dont try to let these sudden changes anger or scare you but stand back and look at it for what it is and then only will you break those primitive chains of false perceptions and illusions by someone who manipulated your sense of perception and do not follow what everyone elses doing do what works for you and your way.. you must change your perception from treating life as a competition .You were born to live your life and no on elses . Then you will be free from the hassles of materialisticthings which only cause strife and turmoil in your life. May the essence of life bestow balannce within your body first so that you can restore balance in your enviroment. Practice faithfully and one day you will be ammazed. and it doesnt take long either.I dont know hwy but i had to pass this message on to somepepole here on this youtube.. For years we have been fooled to think our music was real but it was interfered with a long time ago until it was recently restored from 440hz tuning to 432hz tuning. Now this music is the true reflection of nature of the Creator!

When I went back inside the house a thought popped into my head to find a meditation video, and it led me here. And just WOW I could feel the weight being lifted right off of me. My heart relaxed, my breathing slowed.

Your mind has a tendency to become over reacting and blowing things outof proportion. just remind your self to tell your mind that you are still in control to stop over reacting and get back to work.
