    Great recipe.
    As with all recipies one can make adjustments to suit personal taste. I added half a pineapple and some tamarind to enhance that sweet and tangy flavour. Thanks for sharing.

    I am a South African of Indian descent. Thought we had the monopoly on hot sauce recipes (so arrogant).

    That's definitely a spicy bottle, got the top of my head itching just looking at it. I'll switch those out for some bigger peppers, see what I can do with ancho chili.

      I made it. Was a bit too sweet for my taste. Reminds me of sriracha. I would use half a cup of sugar next time. But it's full of flavour. You can have it with anything.

      I’ve had a bottle that was sealed sit for 6 months in the pantry and was still perfect. May even last langer than that.

    A little thick for a typical buffalo sauce. But it looks delicious. I usually ferment all of my hot sauces, but this looks so good I’m going to try it . Can’t wait for my peppers to ripen! Thank you for sharing

    How long are we keeping it outside the fridge and how long must we keep it in the fridge and I didn't understand the part after 30mnts are we waiting for it to be cool or we pour it inside the bottle while hot?

      Vinegar added is a natural preservative so it can be kept out or better refrigerated like all other foods once opened. Obviously let the liquid cool down.

      Hi John. Should last a few months if bottled properly. I hand an open bottle in the fridge that lasted a few weeks before it was finished😁👌

    Hi, im from the uk, we dont use sugar as much over here, for example i was shocked to see you add all that sugar to the mix. I cant see why sugar is needed at all? Can you explain why you used sugar? Thanks.

      MANY PEOPLE DO LIKE THEIR SAUCES TO TASTE SWEET. BRANSTON PICKLE TASTE SWEET BECAUSE THEY ADDED SUGAR TO IT. MANY CHUTNEYS ARE ALSO SWEET FOR THE SAME REASON. SOME PEOPLE MAY SAY THAT, THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT'S NECESSARY TO ADD SUGAR TO PICKLES AND CHUTNEYS BUT, AGAIN, MANY PEOPLE JUST LIKE IT TO TASTE SWEET.

      Hi! These chillies were specifically red to keep the sauce red.
      You can use green chillies if you don’t mind the color combo.

      Hi! It is a Masala(spice mix) for making Atchar. Atchar is a pickled dish usually made from green mangoes or vegetables.

      Hi, achar masala is the same as biryani masala, chapati masala, fish masala and the like. Most Indian stores should carry them.

    Afterwards you should put it into sterilised jars and boil,water can for 15 minutes.Willthen last a year.
