150g bell peppers (10 medium)
100g chilli (10)
1 1/2 white onion
3 stalks of spring onion
10 Cloves of garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1/2 tbsp Rosemary
1/2 tbsp oregano
1 seasoning cube
2/3 cup vegetable oil

Our mexican salsas are really similar! Instead of ginger, we use fresh coriander leaves, or cilantro :D I wish there were more African culture on this side of the world :) Greetings!

Habanero is my husband’s favourite so I’ll try adding habanero.
I’d also add some vinegar or lemon! So good.

I made a similar sauce and use it for meat loaf glaze and stuffed cabbage leafs and stuffed bell peppers
