When I was writing a profile on the Tabasco company for one of my college-level business textbooks years ago, I called the company to request some background information. I almost fell off my chair when Paul McIlhenny himself answered the phone. We had a great conversation. What a terrific memory!

The bridge is cool but it wasn’t born so much to prevent spills, but to make the process more efficient. If there were a valve at the end of the hose that the filler (employee) had to shut off, move to an empty barrel, turn on, fill barrel, repeat 100 times. It would not only take ~10% longer, he would also have to shut off the pump each time or have an accumulator (pressure) tank at the source, he would have extra bulk (and weight) at the end of the hose making the job harder AND he would likely end up with carpal tunnel syndrome!

Tyler Graves. I can really respect that ,I personally will not enter a restaurant or give money to an establishment that doesn’t allow me to bring my gun inside because most places that don’t allow guns don’t have security so they don’t trust us and don’t value our safety or our 2nd amendment that’s not the type of place I give money to.

3 ingredients, last a long long time, adds to a dish without overpowering it, very portable, naturally aged....there's little not to like, and I find this stuff way better than competing brands like Red Rooster and Crystal.

@@mrdeurknopp Louisiana is hot 87-95F in the summer on top of 80%+ Humidity. It isn't a time that I would suggest going outside during the middle of the day, especially for a long walk through vegetation if you're not used to it. Spring also has most of the flowering plants in bloom which makes it beautiful (if you're not allergic to pollen, mold, etc.)

I was introduced to Tabasco when I was in the Navy while underway. Now I’m a lifelong fan.

I grow my own Tabasco Peppers and make my own sauce. It will literally take your breath away in the kitchen when I puree the peppers. I ferment them for at least 6 months but it is a labor of love that is so worth the effort.

I craved it after covid. I like to drink it straight, I know that sounds a bit odd but I love the taste of vinegar and chilli and drink it from a small sherry glass. I will drink half bottle in one go. Capsium in it is very good for you.
