How to properly place your clear aligners or retainers.

So I use a tight rolled up paper towel to bite on to make sure the retainers are in all the way. Is that bad?

I recommend first seating the aligners with your fingers for both the top and bottom trays and NOT biting them into place to reduce the chances of cracking/breaking them. Once they’re in place, if you want to use the tight rolled up paper towel to bite on and ensure they’re seat completely, it shouldn’t be a problem.
