@@campbellhansen7533 I was merely taking note of his contradictory attitudes. Trying to "play" the victim, and admit being 'acted upon', as you mention it, then instantly stating that he "refuses" to allow that to happen, then switching again. I just find it amusing, considering in this case he was anything but a victim in the first place. If he meant to speak on attitude, it still is contradictory - one statement leaning into, and one out of, a victim mindset, then a 180°, all in the span of ten seconds. I'm not trying to psychoanalyze or make some amazing point.

I can’t fucking imagine just chilling with my friends in a car at a gas station only to have a man drive up to us and shoot us over our music. The absolute horror those boys experienced, just enjoying their lives and suddenly seeing their friend die in front of them for absolutely no fucking reason, it’s absolutely appalling that people can justify these kinds of actions to themselves and destroy the lives of innocent kids because of it.
And to think that if the kid diving didn't act as quickly as he did, more of them would have died too. Absolutely horrific.

I've honestly been loving Sneeg's lessons in basic morality he does in a lot of these videos. That's not sarcastic, I genuinely love it when he stops a stream to emphasize how important it is to give everyone the baseline respect we all deserve
when I first was watching him on his own, I watched one of these (the case of Lee Rodarte), and him lecturing that misogynist (plus his chat clowning on them) was what made me love him

The poor kid was only 17…he had his whole life ahead of him, and it was taken away by a white man. This happens too often. I feel so bad for his family, and especially his friends, who likely watched their friend they were just jamming out to music with bleed out in front of them. No one should ever, ever have to witness that.
I teared up when they said that a kid was killed. Didn't even reach adulthood. How can someone do something like that? I can't imagine how the family feels. May everyone effected find peace some day.

There was one where Sneeg was live reacting to my interrogation and he made fun of me for stuttering out excuses and being really flustered while the detectives were questioning me. They never acknowledged him but when I peaked around their shoulders he was just there making gremlin voices mocking me. Honestly the criminals are lucky they don’t have the internet because being on the receiving end of that was terrifying
I had a similar one where me and an accomplice tried to hide the body of a person I killed, and I genuinely considered suicide as an escape in my dream.

I can't even fathom hating someone because of their skin color. It's pathetic if you go to those lengths to get upset at someone or to "be the bigger person." So many people got so fucking pissed because they were considering adding black history to the main history curriculum. It's at least an elective now, but I don't even know how long that's going to last. I was talking about it with my mom yesterday, and apparently people are literally fucking running for the board to get it removed. A meeting was moved from in-person to virtual because the police got a *dangerous tip.* It's so stupid, and so incredibly fucking sad.
I hope people who support the course also run for school board or organize anti-racists to vote for school board or speak at public meetings to help keep the course in. You can always help! Even if you're still young. :)

It bothers me when people are like "teach American history not black history" but *black history is American history*. A massive fucking part of it too. Whitewashed history shouldn't be considered "regular history"

They're not learning about you yourself, so if they don't understand that, have a _conversation._ It's something they deserve to know about, and it's better to talk about how bad it was than to push it in the corner. If you _refuse_ to teach someone about racism because you're afraid that _you,_ as a _white_ person, will be seen in a bad light, you have _more_ to worry about than someone else's opinion of you. It's not worth it to bury decades of oppression for your own sake. Talk about it. Have conversations. If you're aware that it was a mistake, then don't make that mistake yourself.

Literally just smooth rocks covering the entirety of her car’s floor. The first time I saw them I asked why they were there and she just said “they’re pretty”

When people get mad about minorities getting defended when they can defend themselves, it says a lot about that person. 48:04 so true. Im in high school and one of our assignments was calculating where a shooter was standing, how tall they are, whose gun was used, etc. Its all so easy that we learned and executed it in less than a week.

I’m convinced that he was trying to see if he could get away with it, but then realized how big of a situation it really was, and was probably pushed into coming to the police by Rhonda (because she’s the only logical one out of the two). Having watched videos on Mike the pos before he in jail sent out a bunch of racist letters to his family. He also tried to enforce his version of events multiple times to make sure he got it his way in court. He was well and truely racist and a crusty old white dude. Also I feels so bad about Rhonda because I think she said she felt guilty because she was the one who suggested stopping at a gas station to get wine. I feel so bad for her. There's also been reports after the fact that may or may not be true that allude their relationship to potentially have been a fairly abusive one. The two previous relationships with his ex wives have been reported as being abusive.

I know this video is about a year old, but I will still share. Another channel played footage of a former neighbor when they covered this case and the neighbor said that Dunn was confrontational, liked to act like he was the smartest person in the room, and didn't like it if someone proved him wrong. He also said that Dunn stated that he wished someone would try him so that he could use his gun on them. The neighbor seemed very unsurprised that Dunn committed this type of crime. I think he even said he knew it was only an amount of time due to the type of person he was.
I’ve met maybe a handful of people in my life that have that same kind of energy and I feel the same way about them. It’s only a matter of time until they actually hurt someone. So sad.

Grew up in a neighborhood being the minority as a Caucasian. It really, really lets you walk a mile in their shoes and empathize with the stories of how they get treated when you're the target of that racism for once. Moved to a place that's less diverse and I honestly really miss seein diff folks about and any time I see it now I can't help but feel nostalgic for the good times I had livin back there. They have a way of talkin different - I dunno how to explain it - it's proud and easy like, and they laugh loud n hard. Bullets zip right through most parts so getting out is actually better as you get get out and move behind a thicker part or find other cover. At first I thought I had no idea what I was getting into with this case, was going to hear it for the first time with sneeg and some chatters.
Then he started talking about getting preyed upon, and only hurting in self defense, all because he asked them to turn their music down. And I knew immediately. I hate how recognizable these things are.
I just realised that this is a new upload. I've kind of been binge watching these even though I watched most of the JCS Videos quite some time ago. I just love the extra level of insight from another perspective (and the bashing of people who say stupid and inconsiderate things)

This is the kinda shit I’m terrified of whenever my mom leaves me in the car. Yeah I look like I’m 12 most of the time but racists don’t care, they never do, I had to learn about racism when I was young firsthand because a grown ass woman who had a child of her own decided that bullying a 10 year old was what she wanted to do with her time. She likely didn’t stop with me because she did that to others in the class and accused some kids of stealing something that I’m pretty sure she later found(it’s been a long time since 5th grade so I can’t remember if she bought a new one or found it later).

It's truly tragic. Those boys were just about to leave, their friend just got back to the vehicle, it's reasonable to assume they were about to drive off. This racist POS couldn't keep his violent tendencies in check for like, 30 more seconds and now a teenage kid is dead.
Even if they were sticking around, Dunn's fiance was cashing out, and he couldn't handle being "disrespected" by "loud music" for one more minute, tops. How fragile your ego must be to snap at such a minor slight. How weak and cowardly one must be to jump to such measures.
