@@IamDootsdoot It really depends on what part of the process OP wants to make a positive impact on. No matter how good or bad social workers are, someone always slips through the cracks. Aladoof yeah but this person has consecutively commented that on all of the comments that call the person a dude, like who cares they were being sexist.
I think the last part of the interrogation where he was by himself was him just trying to cope what had happened and planning for the future. He had finally admitted to what he had done to someone else, manifesting his repressed beliefs that either he didn't do it or it was justified to now the raw emotion of him actually committing the murder. Regardless of him regretting what he did with his expression of remorse, he should still serve jail time since this event presents himself as a dangerous person willing and able to kill. A big no-no in our current society.
I had read some comments and was preparing for the female detective to be a bit annoying, but she really isn't. She's brilliant. She's going for the stereotypically feminine mix of anger and sadness that makes many men uncomfortable. It's destabilizing to these men and it's effective. And as Sneeg says, I do think that she's likely acting.
Of course she’s acting, that is not the issue at all. Whether it’s acting or not, the result is the same. Someone had a legitimate (even if incorrect) concern that sneeg blew up over for less than no reason that this might be counterproductive in eliciting a confession. Does anyone actually care if it was acted or not? What difference does that make
@@KufLMAO "someone had a legitimate concern" that he wouldn't have had if it was the male interrogator that was emotional... the male interrogator WAS emotional at one point, where was this good Samaritan just being concerned for the good of the case?

@@cez_is_typing that is such bullshit, have you seen how many interviews from emotional men there are on the channel? Go watch the McDaniels interview, those cops’ emotions made them fucking terrible at their job. And again to be clear, I’m not saying the detective here is anywhere close to as bad as them. And the excessively emotional way she got was a facade she put on - I didn’t say she herself internally was emotional - I said she was ACTING emotional. whereas with the detectives grilling McDaniels it seemed a lot more like it was them letting their emotions actually take control of them. I guess I’m misogynistic for thinking those detectives acted too emotional

I think I have heard something about that if the suspect is overly emotinal it can't be used, but that is only if they have an emotinal breakdown and the cop is basically forcing the suspect to admit. Don't even know if that is true tho and it's almost the opposite of what she said, so she would have to had missunderstood or missheard so bad for her assumtion to even be possible.
I think you're thinking of if a cop harasses a suspect into a breakdown where they have "no choice but to admit it so the harassment stops." They can still be used, but defense basically can use it as grounds to get the confession removed and etc.
It would also be a valid argument if it was a confession without legitimate proof. As in, if they broke him and he offered a baseless confession under duress. But, not only did he admit it, he told them where the body had been (his property), what he did to it, where he finally disposed of it, and all of this was verified and confirmed. So, even then, the appeal would be denied in court.

Aladoof yeah but this person has consecutively commented that on all of the comments that call the person a dude, like who cares they were being sexist.
@@nolife5268 so? Women can be sexists too?? Anyone can
I think the last part of the interrogation where he was by himself was him just trying to cope what had happened and planning for the future.
@@jadecoolness101 when
@@KufLMAO they never said it would be counterproductive in eliciting a confession
They said it would get thrown out in court
Which is blatantly false
Regardless of wether a person has good intentions, believing that a woman is doing something wrong because they are “emotional” is an inherently misogynistic belief and deserves to be called out
Maybe sneeg went a little too harsh on them but I don’t think the person was entirely innocent
I guess I’m misogynistic for thinking those detectives acted too emotional
i liked that he stood up for the female detective, i really admired her performance and in the video a lot of ppl where saying she was really annoying, which i dont really get, she's just manipulating the guy like any cop should do in this scenario!
dont know about going off like that on a random ass twitch commenter, like, who cares, theyre just some random person, dont gotta spend like 5 minutes on they ass
good job tho
waiting for the one dude to cry about how “rude” sneeg was for explaining how the interrogater was doing her job with his copy and paste bs

Watching this stuff through Sneeg’s lenses is so much better than watching the original, I hope he keeps up with this sort of content in the future.
how can someone just sit bored in an uncomfortable chair for over an hour when there's a perfectly good table right next to it?
absolutely ridiculous

I can’t enough of these kinds of videos, I know it’s not Sneeg’s regular content but I’m always happy to watch the occasional crime reaction vid
Same! It's really interesting to get Sneeg's perspective as someone who studied this sort of thing. I've already seen every jcs vid multiple times but having him go through them makes it feel fresh
Everyone give Sneeg a brofist for calling out misogyny 👊

As deserved as it was I always feel awkward when streamers scold people I feel like I'm the one person who didn't do anything while the teacher yells at the class lol
Tbh I don’t think he needed to bitch and moan to a comment for 30 minutes but ok lol, what he said was stupid but holy crap. Homie almost cried, still enjoyed most of the video
Félix González he didn’t almost cry wtf are you talking about
@@FelixGonzalez-nw2uq He didn't need to, he also didn't need to call out the person to begin with, but he did and he's a way better person for doing so. A lot of male streamers wouldn't but he's clearly not afraid to go off on someone in his own stream when someone says something that bothers him. Also what the hell are you talking abt, he didn't almost cry lol
@@FelixGonzalez-nw2uq HOMIE 🧑🦱 ALMOST 👌 CRIED 😭

She girlbossed so hard that she got this man to spill his whole guts after talking for just half an hour. In all the videos I've seen it takes hours to get that far 😂
My knowledge of the legal system all comes from ace attorney, so it’s interesting to actually see someone who knows standard conduct poke holes in these happenings
lmaoo same, without sneeg and other videos like this I would’ve probably been like “what if this dudes lawyer or something pulls out an updated autopsy report?”
Does Job perfectly with the patience and commitment of a GOD.
Random Guy: YoU bEinG tOo EmoTioNaL!!!
Sneeg: You're not guy pal, you're not that guy.
100% agree w/ snag popping off on that rando, got my full support G. (@-___-)7
I think you're thinking of if a cop harasses a suspect into a breakdown where they have "no choice but to admit it so the harassment stops."
They can still be used, but defense basically can use it as grounds to get the confession removed and etc.
@@Alerenic so a dude not even from The US who just halfassed watched a documetary knows more than she did XD
@@aleksanderskar7638 Pretty much. I geninuely don't know where the hell they got their info from.
@@whothehellarewe well you should say that to the person who started the whole thing in the first place. I was giving a guess to what she might have gotten the misinformation from XD
Cop: Asks simple questions.
Guy: Confesses to drug use and kidnapping
Also Guy: (Ha! Gottem!)
For anyone wondering, he was found guilty and sentenced to 40 years in prison in March 2021.
these have been some of the fucking best things ive watched ever dude, sneeg, fuck, i adore true crime and its even better watching along with someone who can analyze shit holy hell
the female detective was so good. she observed the dude and analyzed what character she had to play to get a confession. with the knowledge that he was depressed and not in the best headspace, she straight up just fucked with him and acted out a soft motherly role, guilt tripping the fuck out of the suspect. i'm glad sneeg defended her from that sexist chatter.
Defending that detective earned you a sub from me friend. That was great for standing your ground.
48:30 how does emotion somehow refute EVERYTHING he has contradicted himself and with evidence
ffs people cant handle someone being better than them
I haven't watched it yet... BUT I know it will be a good one
Same
Same here
Of course, it's JCS lol
Sneeg going off on that guy in chat being mean to the women cop is my new favorite thing
Damn bruh Sneeg went fucking hard into that guy in chat.
It was funny asf though
I'm loving these so far! It's very entertaining

funny part about a public defender is in a lot of states you still have to pay for their service, its just HEAVILY cut
Welcome to America
Love these. I watched the acting crazy one, but didnt really wanna watch the rest, but they peaked my interest. Sneeg's commentary really adds to it
I love when you react to JCS!
Shoutout to my streamer for butchering the misogynists
Him absolutely dragging the SHIT out of that guy in chat was so cathartic to see
As a guy who went to college to study criminal psychology and criminology, it makes me really happy to see my favorite streamers taking an interest in it.
He actually has a degree too! :D
sneeg calling out the singular guy who doesn't appreciate the detective was such an experience (positive)
I love Sneeg and THE HONESTY OF THIS MAN, like he came at that viewer for being an ass such a legend. Theses videos are so interesting I hope I can catch the next one live I’m obsessed with the commentary you’re making !!
the way he responded to that sexist person was awesome and he earned a sub for it, we need more people on twitch like this
Detective: *asks question*
Guy : *recites fnaf lore*
I really like this series cause I absolutely LOVE criminology, and its so fucking interesting to watch and Sneeg explains it so goddamn well and interesting. I honestly want to go to a criminology class of sorts because of Sneeg and that's rly pog.
50:00 The repeated message of “GET HIS ASS” in the chat is what makes the Sneegsnag’s annihilation of that one person’s argument so funny for me.
Being a detective (atleast from these videos) make me feel like they’re all just advanced theater kids, like their voices sounding like their crying, their voice range.. I know it sounds dumb but it’s nice :)
SNEEEEEG I can't really watch stuff like this on my own cuz it gives me the creepy crawlies after a while but I am HOOKED on your reaction vids and hearing you put that misogynistic chatter in their place was great holy shit
Same, it's hard to get the fear when it's interspersed with "Dumbass!"
I love these videos, I love watching sneeg's reactions and feedback, and I LOVE when he dunks on idiots in chat. We love a based king
47:08 didn’t think that my respect for you will get any higher but you always prove me wrong man ❤️🔥
I've been really enjoying these true crime commentaries. It's nice to see my favorite streamer combining with one of my favorite topics. Keep it up!
I was on the fence about diving into Sneeg fandom but this just wins me over! Pop off KING!
I love sneeg. He stands up for all rights, and he is now a brotherly figure to me. Love you, sneeg!
I love the female detective, she was so smart!
And in response to what the person in chat was saying about her being too emotional, the male detective was being emotional too, she was just better at it!
"So how long have you known her?"
"It all started when I was born"
“how did you know her”
guy: *tell both of their whole life stories
I can't imagine being stupid enough to put yourself at the crime scene where you're the manager of the parking lots establishment
Loving the criminal justice lectures from Sneg, he makes it fun and interesting when telling chat about certain specifics about things in the videos :)
i fucking love these, i found sneeg relatively recently but oh my god i love this shit. i’m on track to study childhood and criminal psychology, so this is just incredibly interesting. sneeg’s commentary drives shit home, and especially because he DOES have a degree, i feel a bit better about watching these and believing analysis.
thank you sneeg
Sneeg doing law videos is actually pretty great, I'm liking it
im dying at chat in the corner with the little taking notes pepe meme going "sneeg says dont...get...arrested"
Bless you for standing up for the woman just doing her darn job, and doing it well.
Detective: Nice weather today, what do you think?
Suspect: By all known laws of aviation..
You, Sneeg, are a FUCKING LEGEND!!!!! Also the female detective was a FUCKING BOSS HELL YEAH!!!! Many awesome in one vid. Now that’s what I call a win!
Sneeg flaming the misogynist in chat had me rolling
This is genuinely one of the most interesting things I've watched recently. Stellar commentary!
I'm glad Sneeg's using his degree to make informative videos like this.
I really enjoy these videos! For me is hard to sit and watch the entire original video, but with your commentary, it makes it really easy to sit and watch the whole thing
the question was "how long have you known her" and that makes it even funnier to watch the guy talk for 5 minutes when any sensible person would've answered with like "two years" or smth
Chad move Sneeg, real *Chad* move man ❤👍
Sneeg For Chad 2021
Let's get some "Go Outside" merch
i have the biggest, stupidest grin on my face listening to Sneeg just TEAR into the dude that made that "overly emotional" comment. Doubt you'll ever see this but Sneeg, you're an absolute legend, keep being a real bro, dude.
🤓🤓🤓
"My client pleads oopsie daisies" is litterally this entire video
Did you know that they can't show the clips of Rodarte crying because that's too emotional for a court of law?
47:30 This is exactly why i payed 50 bucks for coffee from Sneeg. If I'm gonna support anyone, it's gonna be this man. He's my freaking hero, dude.
Sneeg pausing when ads play to that the veiwers who can't afford a sub don't miss out just warms my heart. Sneeg deserves the whole world ♥️
listening to Sneeg absolutely ROAST people in his chat - that's a good time.
Can we just appreciate sneeg and his fans so wholesome at the ad part :')
