The problem with this overclock is how bloody hard it can be to use it under pressure. On Haz5 you are contantly swarmed with dozens of bugs chasing you down and landing these precise shots at weakpoints of multiple bugs in a horde can be very hard. That's probably why Mini Shells is so popular - aim at swarm and spray these 14 shell magazine without much care for aim since you got such a huge ammo pool to use. And lack of stun doesn't matter since you already are kiting all the time.
I definitely agree that this overclock isn't meant for crowd control at all. That's why I built it for high single-target damage. I haven't used the Mini Shells overclock yet, so I can't really comment on its usefulness, however, in the absence of Mini Shells, I think one of the other primary weapons would be better for multiple enemies than the shotgun. Thanks for watching!
This is definitely not your anti-swarm weapon if you go this route. I'm running this with a max aoe + rj250 PGL secondary. If thing get too hairy I just shoot my feet and throw myself somewhere else most of the time.
While I don’t know how balanced it would be, a bit of extra ammo would make sense as a stat on MPA due to the magnets causing the shells to bunch together. That might also just be me liking loaded shells too much and religiously using it exclusively.
I used it for a long time and it's indeed a great overclock, it sorta turns the shotgun into a rifle. But then we got an actual good rifle (lok1) so I didn't have to anymore. So now if I shotgun it's minni shells on full auto or bust 😂

Warthog was never meant for killing swarms
That’s why I bring spinning death!

Thank you, need this

cool stuff👍
do you know if the choke mod in the second row stacks and if it’s even necessary?
Like I mention in the video, I personally don't use it, but as far as I can tell it does indeed stack with the overclock.
@@NotSenz thanks
It’s accuracy overkill
