    Good video. It's good to see that all my frustrations are shared by all with the model, lol, but like anything, the more you do the work, the more straight forward, etc. I have to say, pulling the winch was a lot easier than when I installed it! so it wasn't as big a deal as I thought. I like the idea of using a pump to fill the diffs, better than the "easy packs" (Amsoil). I always remove the tires when I do the diffs, and keep the atv level. The jack can get in the way of the drain but a little extra mess is worth extra access and am always finding ways to make it work better than last time. Again, good real world video. Thanks

    Thank you very much! Ijust bought a used 2016 Polaris sportsman 570 and I am going to do the service on it myself and I needed the help finding all the plugs to do it. Great detail in this video! It was a big help!

    Thanks for the excellent instructional video. I found removing the 8mm fill and drain bolts on the front demand drive differential, transmission, and rear gear case is a bit easier with an 8mm hex socket, adjustable length ratchet (or long breaker bar) and several different length extensions. Less chance of "knuckle busting".

    What are the pipes sticking up on top, snorkel?

      Yep, and I'm pretty sure I saw the hoses connecting them to the airbox while they were working down underneath.

    What was that bracket you removed with the impact when accessing the oil filter?

      ...I had same question because the battery is completely in the way. Odd why it took Polaris so long to relocate battery under the front cargo cover.... no brainer IMO

    What tires do you have on it? And do you need a lift kit to run them

    • @gobigparts
      @gobigparts  2 роки тому

      28" Zillas. No lift just trimmed the rear of foot well that kind of makes up the lower fender.

      @@gobigparts I appreciate the response I’ve been looking at a new set of tires for trail/mud riding. Are they smooth going down the road?

      @gobigparts  2 роки тому

      @@bradeng2676 Not bad for a mud tire. They are the lightest weight and easiest mud tire I could find going down the road.

    Take the seat off and access the oil tank.

      I bought a used 2014 sportsman Polaris 570. Question about the tank under the seat where the PTO line goes into. What type of oil does it take and how full should the tank be? 7/28/23. No owner manual. Thanks in advance

    Terrible place to put oil filter. Easiest way would be to take the front passenger tire off first unless you have daddy arm leg arms
