Thanks for the link to the correct push pins and tool (ok "rivets" like Polaris calls em!). I have a 15 and a 19 570, and the pins are all trashed from vice gripping them out.
Good advice. Rebuilding my front diff. Major pain that is totally unnecessary if you know to watch your unjoints, bearings and diff fluid. As the machine gets old if you go in water change the diff fluid frequently.
Thanks I have a 2009 running outlaws and I will check that I just payed 1700 because I needed a new head gasket and new engine bolts and I will check that thanks again
I'd be very curious if you could get a roller bearing in that size. Polaris loves using the cheapest parts possible and ball bearings are the lowest of low. There is a reason the other brand uses tapered roller bearings. 😎 Keep up the content Don I am glad you and Taryn are polaris buddies now!
Ya it’s funny how during my research that the 2016 HL(first version) had 2 pinion bearings...funny how the new S models use the RZR front Diff! Thanks for the connection with Taryn!
Do you have any tips about the adc system. Im blowing the fuse on the drive and when i unplugg the adc on the input case i dont blow the fuse, i dont have the adc activ on the switch but it blows the fuse anyway. I have ohm it and its 12.1, so it seems ok. Cant find any kinks in the wiring, so do you have any idea 😮😅
Hey don I need to grease my wheel bearings and I’m about to by the adapter to do so. I have a 2020 Polaris 850. Do I need the 44 millimeter adapter. Many thanks
Sad thing is new parts from Polaris are almost as sloppy as what you are replacing. I have done tons of rebuilds on Polaris machines, too many Chinese parts,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
off amazon BUT for my model year the front and rear prop shafts use different sized u-joints! Check Partzilla website to see all the part numbers for Polaris for your machine
Don, you're kinda scaring me with the big wide-open eyes. I feel like you are looking deep into my soul 😂 You can make them serviceable! Just takes a little tap tap tap and away you go. Lube is always gooooood! Never want to send it dry or dirty!
I really appreciate the layman’s explanation. Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Because of you i bought the tool wright away no esitaton. Thx for the tip. Firm hand shake
Great to hear!

Agree those push pins wrench is a game changer. I had to buy me 1 and they work awesome. Paid 6 bucks for 100 and wrench
I know right??

Amen 🙏...I hear ya!!
Very nice video! It is very helpful indeed, but I could swear I could feel you staring in to my soul the entire time lol!

Glad you found it helpful. Take that right side footwell off and grease the yoke
Well said man. Gonna check out that playlist
Awesome!

@@ADVENTURESThisWay can't wait to rip with ya again buddy
ProjectVengeance yes will be great to get out again soon! I’ll make some time available 🤞👊
Always make sure your tire fluid is over 1/4 per tire or it will cause havoc on your wheel bearings..
Oh absolutely! Also blinker fluid on street legal European models 😀
I have trouble with keeping grease in my wifes muffler bearing, especially if she uses 4 wheel drive in the mud
Keith belz definitely make sure to clean the spark arrestor in that muffler!

Sorry, I haven't had a Polaris for a few years. Sounds like something is shorting out in wiring inside the diff wiring maybe.

Unfortunately I don't remember the size. No longer have the Sportsman anymore
@@ADVENTURESThisWay oh that’s ok thanks for getting back with me. I enjoy your videos keep up the good work

Hey thanks for the informative video.
That’s how I roll. Glad you found it useful.
Do a how to video
Nice One!!!
The adventures are NOT always on the trail...
While I'm not new to ATVs, I am new to ATV maintenance. 😂😂😂
Inspection and maintenance go hand in hand
Where did you get your ujoints and are they the same part number for both?
off amazon BUT for my model year the front and rear prop shafts use different sized u-joints! Check Partzilla website to see all the part numbers for Polaris for your machine

@@ADVENTURESThisWay Eh, it all starts somewhere! LOL. Now, we just have to get a ride in!
Darn right, may have to wait a bit, but we will rip it good!
@@ADVENTURESThisWay Agreed! I won't be holding back once that happens!
Who's the dude hanging upside down in your window?
