#1 is a local lady to me and was an ever present nightmare to the whole community. No one in the restaurant business liked nor was excited about the (then) Covid restrictions but they followed it, even improving their loyal customer base in the process. She also threatened a local school board that she would call in for "help" if kids were still made to wear masks (that was a while ago too). She's is deep down a terrible person and it was all just a shame. Btw that judge put Nassar away. We love her!

I unfortunately live in the same town as #1 Karen. Marlena was truly a vile vile woman violating any rule she could. She even initiated a protest that ended up making the garden center have to close for the day because people were blocking their drive. Her bistro was closed for many many months but did re-open. She got her 15 minutes of fame and luckily no one seems to be giving her attention.

The judge in #7 is familiar from another clip where he takes care of David Hall, a career criminal who tried to appear as his own "settler/agent". That clip is classic and DESERVES to appear on a WatchMojo list.
The guy who road raged me was the most Ken behavior I personally witnessed. 1) he show up late for the hearing... his excuse was he was getting a divorce... & the judge was a woman... which didn't go over well 2) his attorney begged me to let road rager enter the non criminal offender program... complete the program & parole & charges disappear... I agreed because didn't want to ruin the dude's life any more than he did to himself 3) I attended the sentencing & there were groups of these non criminal offense people getting x hours of community service.... everyone accepted the amount of time.... except my guy.... he got the max for continuously talking back to the judge & nearly got kicked out & got jail time. 4) 6 months before his parole was up... he violated his parole & went to jail for the road rage & current incident.... Kens have 2 Ken.
Don’t get me wrong, those Karens deserve all those contempt of court jail sentences. But the way those sentences increased every time they opened their mouths, no wonder US jails are so full.

Granted I’ve never been in court for anything horrifically bad, but the times I’ve been before a judge were not things I took lightly I try to dress formal-ISH… I never want to look like I’m just going to the convenience store because the court has a basic level of dress expectation (whether it be written or not) but I also don’t want to dress excessively flashy or “upper crust”/5* restaurant nice… easy since I have nothing even remotely close to nice enough for a super-high end dining establishment… I want to dress like I’m taking it seriously but that I’m also nothing special In terms of attitude, the one I go with is simple… the easier and dare I say genuinely pleasant I am, the more likely they might be to give me the benefit of the doubt or perceive me as someone that has/will learn from his mistake(s) It’s not a sure thing of course, but that’s literally the formula to having a shot at a positive outcome Extend initial respect of “sir or ma’am”, “please and thank you”, maintain neutral body language… it isn’t a casual weekend at the park so don’t act overly loose, but in you don’t want to be unsettlingly rigid or robotic. You want to be passively charismatic without “trying” to be charismatic because that’s virtually impossible to do without coming off as fake Maintain ~natural~ eye contact without outright staring. Don’t speak too softly nor too firmly. If you have documents, be sure to be as organized as possible Don’t speak unless spoken to; you’ll get your chances to speak so the last thing you want to do is interrupt either council or especially not the judge I dunno, like I said, none of this is a surefire way to get a good outcome, but it’s a better shot than anything these people had
#7 They tried to charge him with someone else's crime, which was much more serious. That's why he was so mad. The judge saw him in the next couple of days, dropped contempt charges, and corrected his charges. He also apologized to the court.
Interesting thing here; these overly entitled people don’t seem to be the most intelligent. They just think that if they get angry enough everything will just go their way.

Don’t speak unless spoken to; you’ll get your chances to speak so the last thing you want to do is interrupt either council or especially not the judge

#7 They tried to charge him with someone else's crime, which was much more serious. That's why he was so mad. The judge saw him in the next couple of days, dropped contempt charges, and corrected his charges. He also apologized to the court.
Interesting thing here; these overly entitled people don’t seem to be the most intelligent. They just think that if they get angry enough everything will just go their way.
I'm not sure they're entitled so much as just plain old uncivilised.
