A Ken like the number 6 got upset with me only because I speaking spanish (even I can speak a little) despite being other hispanic at Toys R Us in Tucson. The worst the staff didnt do anything!!! Thank God now that store is closed at least something good happened karma

Evangelicals are the worst and there's a subset of them that are pushing for theocracy in the U.S. One tenet of Christianity is to love your neighbour and there's a passage in the Book of Matthew that says, "Judge not lest ye be judged."
The problem with too many right-wingnut Christians is that it's not enough for them just to practice their faith themselves and leave others alone. They insist on shoving their personal religious beliefs down everyone else's throats, dictating to the rest of us how we should live, even to the point of working hard to get their views legislated into laws to force all of us to obey them. Good for those young women for standing up to that jerk, and for his apparently Christian employer for not empowering his nonsense.
I was at the lake this past summer and a Karyn decided to go on a rant about all the young women wearing high cut bathing suits and bikinis and used her Christian beliefs to push it all and how they lack "Christian modesty" etc. THEN not even 10 minutes later, she went off on a couple of young Muslim women who were there wearing burkinis. Sometimes, you just can't win when a Karyn is involved.
OMG the Halifax Horror woman was in my town. Her twin girls had it horrible at high school after this went viral apparently. Not their fault at all but goes to show the impact being racist can have on your whole family, so yanno... DO BETTER!

The thing I never understand is that this stupid thing is the hill they are willing to die on. I go to a hospital three times as week and routinely have to wear a mask (and long before COVID). Masks were standard for a lot of healthcare workers as both PPE and to protect the patient. But now they are an evil conspiracy by Bill Gates!?!?

Singapore is not a country you want to get stupid in. They have extremely strict laws that they enforce diligently. You can’t even chew gum in public because they don’t like people spitting their gum onto the streets and sidewalks when they’re done with it. It’s one of the reasons why Singapore is cleanest and one of the safest cities in the world. Play stupid games there you win long prison sentences and the occasional caning for your conduct.
Sadly my mom has been a Karen a few times when her patience wears thin. One morning we went to a local restaurant where she and my step-dad decided to help themselves to the drink fountain because they felt we weren't being served fast enough. We had only sat down for 5 minutes. My step-dad isn't usually a bad guy, he just loves to keep her happy.

It still irritates me in 2023 that people fought so hard not to wear a mask during the pandemic!! Like wearing a mask wasn't inconvenient for all of us but at least most of us respected other people's well being and didn't pull some playground "exempt" behavior!

I had cancer for a second time in 3 years during the pandemic and desperately needed everyone around me to be as safe as possible. Because of assholes like these selfish people I was effectively homebound for 2 years for my own safety while immunosuppressed. I have 4 kids and being stuck in my house is not where I wanted or needed to be but that choice was denied me by others with ZERO reason to object to wearing a damn mask. If they want to really be uncomfortable and confined they can don some full body chem warfare gear like we wear in the military. After a few hours in that head to toe they’ll think a little paper mask is a dream. We have some of the most entitled, selfish, immature, self proclaimed victims among the US population who spend their lives looking for reasons to be nosy, unhappy, angry and spoiling for a fight with literally anyone. About anything, like it’s a sport. It makes me so glad I’ve served my country for 30 years🤦🏾♀️

Imagine being so mad at someone for just speaking a different language. Isn't America home of the free where you CAN do things like learn or speak a different language? Sometimes people also like to just have private discussions. My teacher from my private school was allowed to take phone calls since their mother was elderly and needed help sometimes. She spoke Arabic on the phone cause it's not her student's business to listen in or anyone else for that matter. It's her own conversation. Yet on fieldtrips she would get such nasty looks from people for her just speaking Arabic on the phone. She was a sweet teacher, they just hated her for speaking another language.

Tara Belcher is a terrible person. She was a monthly guest at the hotel i worked. Her and her friends trashed the room, left drug paraphenilia and damages. Had to charge the credit card on file $600. When her Grandmother called to say it was her card, i told her if the card is to be refunded im going to file charges of vandalism against her granddaughter..the charges were not disputed.

Imagine being so mad at someone for just speaking a different language. Isn't America home of the free where you CAN do things like learn or speak a different language? Sometimes people also like to just have private discussions. My teacher from my private school was allowed to take phone calls since their mother was elderly and needed help sometimes. She spoke Arabic on the phone cause it's not her student's business to listen in or anyone else for that matter. It's her own conversation. Yet on fieldtrips she would get such nasty looks from people for her just speaking Arabic on the phone. She was a sweet teacher, they just hated her for speaking another language.
The U.S. has no official language. Are Americans really so xenophobic that hearing someone speak a foreign language sets them off?

Tara Belcher is a terrible person. She was a monthly guest at the hotel i worked. Her and her friends trashed the room, left drug paraphenilia and damages. Had to charge the credit card on file $600. When her Grandmother called to say it was her card, i told her if the card is to be refunded im going to file charges of vandalism against her granddaughter..the charges were not disputed.
