My patts recall was terrible i tried everything but he would rarely come bk when called.
But lead breaking him was easy, i pretty much done what described, i tethered him out in the garden and left him with food and water for a couple of hours.

My own....you can check the pedigrees and bloodlines involved by going to www.mypatterdale.com/pedigree then type in the word 'Roughneck' select any dog from the drop down and select the number of generations you would like displayed- then hit submit- it will display a pedigree up to 7 generations
