- H πρώτη συνεργασία του κορυφαίου τενόρου Jonas Kaufmann με την Εθνική Λυρική Σκηνή και η πρώτη του εμφάνιση στο Ωδείο Ηρώδου Αττικού ήταν ένα από τα κορυφαία πολιτιστικά γεγονότα του 2021. Ο «βασιλιάς των τενόρων», συνοδευόμενος από την Ορχήστρα της ΕΛΣ, σε μουσική διεύθυνση Γιόχεν Ρήντερ, χάρισε ένα σπουδαίο ρεσιτάλ και τέσσερα ανκόρ στο πολυπληθές αθηναϊκό κοινό, το οποίο τον επιβράβευσε με θερμότατο χειροκρότημα. Το standing ovation που του επιφύλαξε το κοινό στο κλείσιμο της βραδιάς ήταν μια ιδιαιτέρως συγκινητική στιγμή που θα μείνει στις καρδιές και τη μνήμη των φίλων της όπερας.

Leading tenor Jonas Kaufmann’s first collaboration with the Greek National Opera and his Odeon of Herodes Atticus debut was one of the most outstanding cultural highlights of 2021. The "king of tenors", accompanied by the GNO Orchestra, under the baton of Jochen Rieder, gave us an exceptional recital and received four encores by the multitudinous Athenian audience, which rewarded him with a thunderous applause. The standing ovation reserved for him by the audience at the end of the evening was a highly emotional moment that will remain indelible in the hearts and memory of the friends of opera.

@@susandrakenviller3683 I, of course, only wishes the best för him, but for him to recover, he would need to completely change technique and rebuild his voice.
@@celibidache1000 Apparently he did that before. I don't think he can rebuild it again. Of course he has a very full program and it's a strain on his voice. Personally I never liked his sound and the way he produces his voice. I won' t be as arrogant to suggest his technique is bad etc... you'd have to work with someone in person to get know the voice and what works in his case.
@@susandrakenviller3683 To be honest, I don't think he can or will, and I'm convinced he will lose his voice before long. I can tell you exactly what he is doing wrong technically and why that is destroying his voice, you don't have to work with a singer personally to know that - all you have to do is listen. However, you would, of course need to work personally with the singer to help them correct their technique. I don't understand why pointing out objective flaws in a person's singing technique would be considered arrogant. Maybe you could help me understand? ☺
@@celibidache1000 I just don't think recordings are optimal to base final conclusions on. It is also easier to point out flaws than correct them, in fact a lot of so-called teachers that teach 'old' technique for example are crap at actual teaching. With arrogance I mean he isn't exactly asking for singing tips, yours or mine isn't he. Anyway my guess he goes to same way as Jose Cura, similar in the way they sing and also the way they decline. Agree?
