    If I have already removed the timimg belt and pullies how to I rotate the camshafts into position?

      Carefully, the cam gears will "snap"to certain positions because of the valve springs. If your gears and crank are all out of wack move them slow and steady until all aligned.

    Is one better than another (integrated vs non-integrated) Have you ever changed or converted a non integrated to an integrated? The plate the tensioner mounts to is easily removed and if you have the other part you can swap them over, curious if you've ever done that.
