Survivor Series 2003. Stone Cold ended his WWE career from a regular basis standpoint. John Cena ended his heel run and The Undertaker went back to his deadman character. Hard to believe that this event is so significant for WWE today.

@Westside LA Hittaz It's about loving and enjoying life but realizing it won't last. You or they will move on or you're gonna end up dead either way, just part of life. Just my opinion though. Either way, it's worth it to keep building and going until it all eventually crumbles, the moments in between make it worth it to keep going.
Westside LA Hittaz Even though life is going to crumble down eventually, we all keep building (living, creating , experiencing, planning etc) til you come around. You being the grim reaper or death in this case which will come and dismantle every perception and beliefs and memory you ever once held and built to call you own. Even though one days everything is going to fall apart and break your heart, you keep building (living) until you die. It’s beautiful honestly. It’s bittersweet. Uplifting in a way and sobering in another. A coincidence of opposites if you will

You see this whole thing goes way beyond the WWE title, this is also very personal to me. On survivor series night, I will have worked for this company for 13 years. And in those 13 years Vince has screwed with me professionally and personally. Vince McMahon does not respect me. Vince McMahon does not respect anybody other than Vince McMahon. When I walk into that arena, when I walk into that locker room the people there show me respect. They show me respect because in turn I show them respect. Whether I wrestle them, whether I fight them, at the end of day we’re gladiators and we lay it all on the line. Vince McMahon on the other hand, he respects no one. And for all the people that Vince has disrespected over the years, he’s gonna have to atone for. Bret Hart, Steve Austin, the list is endless. And I think Vince respects his family less than he respects us. This is a man who disrespects his wife by flaunting his affair for the world to see. This is man who shoves his wife down, in front of the world, with no remorse. This is a man who takes his only daughter, puts her in a match against himself, and knocks her around and ends up choking her until Linda has to throw in a towel to save her daughter. And this is all normal behavior for Vince. Well I’m a firm believer in everything that I am, there comes a time where you have to pay for your actions, even if your name is Vince McMahon. - Undertaker
Taker knew that Vince had a game plan like he always does which I do miss the Joker running things in the WWE. Regardless of Vince McMahon did with his affairs, he gave us so much great memories which killing WCW instead of letting them live helped his downfall. The Ruthless Aggression Era was going to last for so long like with John Cena being your top guy. Regarding the match, Taker destroyed Vince McMahon and it was a perfect setup for the Deadman returning. I also miss Taker wrestling as well which he is low key one of the best of all time. Taker didn't need the belt nor the Wrestlemania streak.
Shit was awesome. Last few years of wrestling being great. Feel like Late '97 - Early '04 was peak. WrestleMania 20 was the last really great one. What a promo, all the storylines for this PPV were all solid as fuck. Austin's team vs Bischoff's team, Goldberg vs Triple H, Shane McMahon vs Kane, Angle's Team vs Lesnar's team. What a great fucking show, definitely in my top 5 personally.
