As someone who has owned 4 Duramax’s, this is my favorite exterior design yet. Except the stupid lights on the fender flares. I’m sure there are aftermarket replacements without. The 2022 has an optional led lighted GMC logo which is pretty cool. I currently own the 18 Denali. Waiting for the 23, full interior redesign, and some other really cool exterior features.
I tinted my side markers, super easy and looks amazing. Also upgraded the GMC logo to illuminated and the puddle lights to the GMC logo puddle lights. 2021 3500HD Black diamond. Great upgrades for sure, super easy and cheap
New year models always have the most problems. Its cool to have the latest and greatest but doesnt do much good if it spends the first year of its life back at the dealer.
I have a 22 At4 duramax on order as well. Hope to get it before the end of year. Mine is black though loaded with gooseneck and fifth wheel prep package and power running boards with perimeter lighting can't wait

I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 single rear wheel and I prefer the 7 leaf springs on the rear. There is hardly any drop when I'm towing the camper. The one you have with the 7 leaf springs, looks like it has an 8 foot bed. There is 2 things I don't like about the new GMC/Chevy HD's I'd the mirror placement on the door. I prefer it in the corner by the window like my 2016. And I don't care for the tailgate step. What if you have your hitch on your truck and you drop the tailgate step down? Now you just damaged your tailgate. I would rather have the full tailgate.

Depends ON the warranty provider, but most cases like mine with a 2021 1500 AT4 it does not “void” my warranty for transmission related specs, however installing a lift becomes a “surcharge” on my warranty

The truck has already been lifted by the manufacturer. Why go higher on a towing truck. It's just going to make towing worse. The whole idea of a towing truck was so that the driver over ling distances didn't get worn out driving fighting a bad lift. The whole point of off road is to stay light and have a wider foot print for rock crawling and mud. A 3500 is to heavy and over kill. But hey we live in the u.s.a. lift it.

Dealerships always up charge the aftermarket work. Buy stock and take it to a shop.
The second one is a true 3500 it has the two extra heavy duty leaf springs for weight and it has the 8 foot bed I love that one

On the white truck with the BDS lift. The rear bed door panel is all dented on the top above the handle area.

It's my opinion but at4 trims of gmc's except the Sierra 1500 at4 are just for a appearance package
They both look good but I would never buy a truck that I can't fit into my garage. So, 2 inch lift is all I can get.
