A question, is that thin piece of foam enough to keep the fly floating or is it the "lip" that pushes the fly upwards, lika reverse crankbaitlip or both? Great video!

Excellent instruction and solid explanation of a varied pattern, used pink for silvers in AK, black and silver at night for big browns in Massachusetts and mini white and lateral scale gurglers for landlock salmon in Maine. I choose this fly for adding flies to my rerepertoire of flies. This will work for me as your instruction allows for many variables. That way when someone examines it and says I didn't tie it right, I'll just tell them it's my variation. 😁
