Everything great that can be said about this video has already been said many times over. I’d just end it with saying this videos is indeed heaven sent and you have saved your viewers a ton of $$$. If you were my neighbour, I’d take you out for a beer. Or two. Or a few. 😀thanks buddy.
Best Dyson Instructional Video, ever! Thank you for being clear and concise with great views of what you were doing. Also, thank you for confirming that Amazon doesn't carry parts that actually fit this machine. I ordered a few accessories from them, and none of it fit. Dyson should hire you to do all their instructional videos.😊
I am a senior citizen and was able to follow the instructions , it was simple and informative. I was able to tap the mesh vacuum and there were dust that came out from the cylinder. There was a lot of thread in the roller and was able to remove it easily.Thank you
You saved my vacuum's life! I have cleaned the filters on my Dyson Animal 2 several times and could NOT figure out why it wasn't cleaning very well. This morning it started making a horrible noise and stopped sucking completely. I thought it needed replacing. I watched this video and realized I had never taken the head off. Well, it was so clogged with dirt, hair and other nasty things, I needed needle nose plyers to pry it out! I have had this vacuum for 5 years and have never done this! I thought I needed to have my new carpet professionally cleaned because it looked so bad. Well, needless to say, I was ecstatic. It was a bit tricky getting it back together since I had no leverage but finally got it. I have never been so excited to vacuum my floors. The carpet was filthy and the canister filled up with grossness! Now my carpet looks like new again! Thank you so much! : )
I’m so glad I found this video. I just bought one of these used for 20 bucks. I want to give it a thorough cleaning before I even bring in my house. Thank you so much for posting this!
What a score. A Dyson for 20 bucks! Worth learning to service it. I paid full price for mine. It's the best vac I ever had! I have had mine for several years now and love it! I'm an old lady (62), but I service mine. It's worth it!
I never comment on the thousands of youtube videos I watch, but this was 10/10. Super informative - didn't waste my time. Good videography. Thanks awesome sir!
I don't think I've ever left a UA-cam comment before but this video was so detailed, easy to follow, and best of all I fixed that annoying high pitch death shriek my vacuum was making. Thank you. Thank you so much.
Thank you for this great tutorial! My wife thought that the vacuum was dead but after going through your steps, I identified the blocked hose (removed with that tiny screw) which was packed with dog hair. After reinstalling everything, the vacuum works just as new! Thanks a million!
So far I've tried everything but that step. Don't have the proper size screwdriver. My Basset Hound sheds a lot and I had to manually remove some of his hair from the bin with my hand. So here's hoping once I get the screw off I find a bunch of dog hair.
OMG me too! I cleaned everything and did not know about removing the tiny screw. There was about 6-7 years worth of dog hair, dirt and even a piece of flat plastic about the size of a quarter. It's brand new now!
Your a treasure a gift i think you may have saved a 91 year old from spending a lot of money as i can now try all your tips out instead of taking it to a shop or buying him a new one the environment thanks you too
Thanks for demonstrating how to trouble shoot my Dyson. While using my vacuum it lost suction then the motor cut out. I checked the filters and various places where I thought I might see a blockage. Couldn't see anything. I found the problem by watching your video and learning how to disassemble the extension tube from the accessory hose. No light was coming through, it was plugged tight. From the various debris I removed, it may have been building up over time. I really appreciate you sharing this demonstration. You saved me a trip to the vacuum repair shop. I can now give my machine a full service on my own.🙂
Thank you! I had checked every crevice - or so I'd thought. You showed me two that I'd missed and that was where I found a broken popsicle stick, preventing flow from the floor unit. It now works again. Simple instructions and advice on how to clean this pricey machine!
Thank you so much! My first time ever taking a vacuum apart and your instructions were so clear and easy to follow. Your white backdrop helped me see exactly what I needed to do from beginning to end. I had a terrible smell and there was a toy that was stuck in the tubes causing a blockage. Works like new now and you saved me a ton of $$$$ I thought I had to go buy a new one! Thanks again!
Suddenly, my vacuum was hardly suctioning well. After watching your video,, I pulled out a bent, plastic tweezer and a big piece of sandpaper. Excellent video! Now the suction is so strong I can barely push my vacuum. Thank you!
Great detailed video on how to take apart the Dyson Ball! I had no idea there was a filter in the ball part. I have always washed my previous Dyson's, both the Dyson bin and cyclones (not any other parts). The cyclones I have washed in my slop sink, waited until it is semi-filled with warm water, held my hand over both openings, shook it back and forth, then let it empty. The amount of dirt that comes out will make you choke. Rinse and repeat until the water is clear. Then place the bin and cyclones over a floor register for 24-36hrs to ensure it is dry. While it is drying, I will also shake and make windmills while holding the cyclones to be confident the water is completely out. If you wanted to get your vacuum super OCD clean, a toothbrush is the best way to get at the tight areas that have hair or dust trapped. If the bush head has dust/dander stuck, grab a can of compressed air that has a straw attached. It will blast out every little bit. Just finished cleaning my Dyson Ball Animal since the cleaners were here yesterday, which gives me a week for everything to dry out. Cheers and happy cleaning
I have also cleaned out the cyclon, you will be amazed at the dust that comes out. I used a hair dryer and canned air combo to make sure it was completely dry. I know dyson will tell you to only use water on the filters but I have soaked them in oxiclean/ dawn and they are all still fine, but I also have 2 so I can rotate them and insure they fully dry. I am currently searching for a solution to clean my hose, as it looks nasty- might need a day outside in sunlight and fully stretched to ensure it fully dries. If anyone comes up with a solution for the hose- let me know!!
You've saved me so much trouble. I vacuumed something sticky and when I realized what had happened it was too late and I needed a way to wash the hose, thanks so much.
I am so glad I found this video. My floor nozzle stopped working. The brush would rotate but nothing would get sucked up. I realized after watching this video that the hose from the floor nozzle to the back stalk area was disconnected. I was getting worried when it stopped sucking with the floor nozzle that I was going to have to try find someone in my area to work on it. Reconnected it and it works fine. Thank you for the work you put into this video.
Amanda Lee Thank you for this comment, turns out this is exactly what was wrong with ours. Apparently someone had sucked up a pen and it was preventing the hose from reattaching to the floor nozzle.
My Dyson Ball (not sure the model but several years old) had lost most of it's suction and would not lock in the upright position. I decided to search for some help and came across this video first thing. He CLEARLY explains all the possible reasons there could be section loss and one of the solutions was right on (taking the tiny screw from the small hose section underneath the dyson). The hose was significantly clogged up with large pieces of dirt/plastic. Once I cleaned out this hose...which does lead to an opening that goes through to the other side of the Dyson so make sure you can see to the other side when you straighten out that tiny hose....which extends a bit......the sweeper works GREAT with full suction! I'd also recommend cleaning the hair from the roller too! That will burn out your motor. GREAT Video!!!
One thing to add. You need to remove the brush rollers and clean the hair that gets in deep at the gears that drives them. There are a total of 4 Philips head screws, two at each side. The rollers can be removed to expose the drive gears. The drive gears can be removed using a torx head driver. If you have pets or any one with long hair this is a place for that hair to get stuck. Clear all hair and reinstall. This will save you from having to buy a new brush head assembly, like I did!
Oh, my Lord, thank you! My friend with a different Dyson and I tried and tried last night to figure this out and couldn't. So right to UA-cam and best video just popped up! I'm going home from work and trying this all out. I try to keep everything cleaned out but the "manual" leaves a lot to be desired and I'm afraid to just pull and twist without knowing anything. All the clicky noises on my first Dyson are scary because I don't know if it's supposed to click or if I'm cracking the plastic LOL
You sir are a Godsend!!! I was just about to pay Dyson to service my 2 year old vacuum or trash it due to no suction in the hose. It now vacuums like new! Thank you 😊
Found a dyson ball animal+ left behind by tenant as "not working". After watching here removed the hose attachment and tiny screw to access the internal horizontal (4" ?) hose. Completely clogged and packed with carpet fibers, a bottle cap and small plastic square. Used a hemostat (or needle nose pliers) to pull the gunk out and Voila! works fine now. Filters were like new. Many thanks!
Thank you SO VERY MUCH for posting this!! You just saved me a small fortune in either repair bills or a new vacuum!! We love this machine but it hasn't had the suction lately. The tube was completely clogged with popcorn and pet hair. Thanks again!!
Thank you so very much for this. I fought for over an hour trying to figure out what was wrong with my animal 2 vacuum . I deep cleaned the whole thing still was not working properly. After watching this I found it was the hose with the tiny screw that was clogged I didn't even realise that was there. It is working like new again thanks to you.thank you so much for your help!!
My Dyson was making the high pitched noise that indicated the canister needed to be emptied, but once emptied the plugged noise remained. Upon closer inspection, I could see the mesh area was caked with dust and needed a good cleaning. I didn't know how to remove the clear bin from the cyclone, but within moments of watching this video I was taught how to remove it, and was able to clean the dust from the mesh. All fixed now. Thanks so much for your help!!
THANK YOU! My Dyson went kaput a couple months ago. I thought I’d be forking out a few hundred for another😬 It lost suction suddenly and it’s almost (if not already) 10yo. I decided to find a video on troubleshooting (since we have tons of time stuck in the house) and I found you! Thank you! A massive clog of hair! Now she works perfectly!
Thank you ever so much! My vacuum suddenly stopped working. I knew it was clogged but had no idea how to clear it. I followed the video step by step. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. Greatly appreciated!!
**ADDITIONAL TIP** I fixed a HUGE blockage that I had which wasn't mentioned in the video. The cylinder filter that you can squeeze when washing. There was a TON of pet hair inside the filter on the bottom of it. I had to pull it inside out and then fish it out with my fingers and it fixed all the suction I had lost.
So I lost suction in the wand only and, for some reason, thought the bin had something to do with it. I made it to this video while looking for ways to clean the filters in the bin. However, after seeing the section for disassembling the wand, I found I had picked up a clear plastic cap that caused the issue. Would never have found it looking from the outside in. You, sir, just saved me $400. Because if the cleaning had failed, which it would have, I would have just bought a new one. Thank you sooooooo much!!!!
My Animal 2 was struggling for air, and I watched your video, and I found the Blockage in the Ridged Section of the removable Hose, which I removed using a Long piece of Wooden Dowel Rod, I then changed the Filters and used my Air Compressor outside, and blew all the dust out, and it is now working like New. Thank You.
I have been down lately. Life can get so overwhelming. My vacuum loosing suction was like the icing on the yucky cake....UNTIL I FOUND YOUR VIDEO!!! I thank you so very much for saving my vacuum!! I paused and worked, paused and worked, etc etc...I got it working like new again!! I only wish I had seen your video BEFORE I cut soooooo much hair out without disassembling it first. Hand was hurting! 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ Anyway, THANK YOU SO MUCH! Have a blessed afternoon!! 😊
I see I left a comment on here 3 years ago and I’m still using this video to help me clean my Dyson the right way. Thank you for ur helpful video and I Definately mean HELPFUL!!
Thx again - just referred back to this handy video because was having trouble getting my Animal to lock back in upright position. Weird. Thought let's start with cleaning and re-seating everything before taking to repair. Found an emery board stuck in section behind hose at bottom. Amazed it made it that far in one piece, but the Animal is an animal! Great suction, great motor. So relieved this didn't cost me, plus now taking him all apart and doing a total clean now. Just wanted to let you know this video is the gift that keeps on giving! 😍
Dyson truly changed the game. All vacuums used to be very similar. Not only does that cyclone tech actually work, but his machines are also very serviceable. I still have my dc-07 that I have had for over 20 years. Great machine. I will let ya know when I need a new one.
I use a air compressor to clean my Dyson. Where you have a screw on your Dyson, we don't. It just unclips and clips back into place. I found a huge blockage in the area once I unclipped the hose. Thankful I don't have to worry about losing a screw. Thanks for the video. It was helpful.
Thanks. My Ball Animal vacuum didn't suck and that was the problem. Followed your video and couldn't believe all the dried gunk that came out of the suction hole on the bottom. You're the best!
Fantastic video; thanks for making it! I not only found a big blockage (near the end of the video where you take the tiny screw out), but my machine is now nice and clean! Great instructions and demonstration!
Thank you so much, you just saved me £300 for a new vacuum cleaner, you explained about the protection switch which stops the engine from overheating, I checked for blockages found the problem and sorted it. My hero, thank you. Great video. I haven’t left a comment before either, video easy to follow, great job.
Such a helpful video! My vacuum hasn’t worked properly in a long time and I thought I had checked every hose and filter but when I unscrewed he back there was a pin that got stuck parallel causing a big backup and blockage. Thank you so much for this helpful tutorial!
I run warm water through the cyclone cylinder from the top into the side holes and turning over, into the bottom as well. Lots of filthy water will come out of there. Add water from the bottom and shake it back and forth. Do it at least 5 to 8 times and let it sit for 24 hours to dry also.
Thank you so much for this video! Not only did it help me determine the source of the clog, it also helped me understand this vacuum's workings much better! REALLY APPRECIATE IT!
I really appreciate you making this video - I panicked after accidentally sucking up a thin piece of cloth into our vacuum and I knew where it was but didn’t know to access it. You video showed me in three easy steps! No more panicking, just UA-cam it 💪🏽
Thanks!!! My Dyson is picking up better then ever!! Can’t believe the guff that was stuck in there. I never would of been able to take that apart and I LOVE how you showed how to take it apart AND how to put it back together. U saved me a trip to the vacuum repair store.
Very helpful on how to deep clean and learned my filter was super nasty. In case anyone else is a newbie like me, don’t forget to check the tube you remove from the see through stretchy one. Found a tissue and toy .
Thanks! This vacuum has sat in the garage for the last 6 months and I could not figure out what was wrong with it. I found your video, followed the steps and now it's working.
Great video! It's very clear and informative on how to clean the vacuum. You also don't waste any of the viewer's time with long intros or unnecessary chit chat. I really appreciate that.
Wow, thank you for the detail explanation, it really helped me finding the blockage inside the small hose inside the rotating ball; we were going crazy with my husband bc we couldn’t find any problems in all the other obvious parts of the vacuum 👍🏼
Thank you so much for this excellent video that helped me figure out why my Dyson Ball Animal 2 was not sucking up debris. More importantly, thank you for the very detailed video showing me how to take better care of my vacuum in the future. I followed your instructions and they were great. I did have one heck of a time trying to get the cleaner head back on, and you made it look so easy (though it is pretty clear you have a lot more experience than I do)! Thanks again.
Thank you, this was a very clear and concise tutorial. You asked for comments on omissions. You didn't mention cleaning out the bottom of the cyclone part. I found a lot of that fine, musty dust in there. It wouldn't shake out until I inserted a very thin long brush, like a thin bottle brush to dislodge the dust. Quite a handful was trapped in there and the unit still smells musty even after all that came out. I don't know if the dust in that part would actually impact suction, but I wanted to make sure everything got clean. It makes me want to vacuum up some baking soda to deodorize the unit. What do you think about that idea? Thanks again,
I rinsed mine out as well from umpteen angles, water was very brown and lots of fine dust had made it past the mesh screens, smells a lot fresher after a thorough rinse through
I have found an air hose cleans out EVERYTHING on any vacuum cleaner, especially the cyclones on my Dyson. Air hose is a game changer. Helps to have a big compressor but if not take it to the gas station and use theirs!
THANK YOU! I had sucked up a pencil and was afraid I might damage the hose. Thanks to the You Tube video, I was easily able to remove the object and the hose was saved. YAY!
Great video, very helpful. In my case the lack of suction was caused by a nickel that was wedged very tightly into the wand and was it ever hard to get out! Finally managed to push it out with a long piece of wooden dowling.
I am so glad I found your video. Yesterday I used my vacuum so much and today when I went to plug it in it wouldn't go on and I was frantic thinking now I have to buy a new one so as soon as I can I will be cleaning it and I'm sure it will work once it's all nice and clean especially the filters. Thank you so much for your very thorough video.
Thank you! I literally cleaned one thing and turned it on then had to clean the next thing in the video because it was extremely blocked everywhere 😂😂 you pointed out some places I wasn't sure how to get to so I appreciate it!!
I was about to go out of my mind. I sensed there was a blockage; however, I couldn't see how to take the hose off at the base (thank you thank you) and also that weird little doomadad rounded thingamabob that you open by twisting it up at a weird ankle to reveal blockage. I am so incredibly relieved, now, as I couldn't seat the handle onto the spine (of the machine) as it stuck up and simply wouldn't fit down into all the grooves and such. Phew!!! I am indebted to you! Again many thanks!!!
I can't tell you how many times I've come to this video tutorial when my Dyson loses suction and I always find something stuck somewhere that is causing it. Thank you so much!
The vacuum had no suction at the base, but once I removed the hose with the tab at the base, I found a sonic toothbrush head. I removed it, and then problem was solved! Thank you for a great video!
Thanks so much !! Removed a giant clog behind the hose into the ball area. Although you did not touch on a clog leading into the ball area, you totally saved the day !! Two big German Shepherds--what can one expect ??!! Thanks again !!
This video was perfect. I had a clog in the pipe and took it to a vacuum place and they quoted me $169 bucks! I thought no way! I found this video, took me 15 minutes... vacuum deep cleaned and working perfectly! Thanks a lot!
Dyson should pay you cause so many would be returned or not purchased again cause their instructions are not so great and your videos are concise, comprehensive and totally empathetic with "Tricky" parts for us ordinary, non vacuum engineers.
First off, thank you for making such a great tutorial about cleaning the Dyson. I'm on my 3rd machine because when I use the wand, it starts fine, then it sounds like the suction is being blocked and the wand slowly (in less than a minute) loses it's suction. I have cleaned everything on the machine according to your (and others) recommendations. The machine is clean, the filters are clean and it works fine in upright mode. My problem is that the wand feature is what I use most and about 5 -10 seconds after engaging the wand, there is an abrupt sucking sound, as though there is blockage. However, upon very close and detailed inspection plus cleaning, I cannot find the source of either the sound or the apparent blockage. This is the second machine which has had the same problem. It's a Dyson Ball Animal Pro+ Upright Vacuum and although I feel that Dyson is a great company, I cannot spend so much time troubleshooting. If you have any suggestions, I would be very grateful for any guidance. Thank you!
Thanks so much! This was perfect! The clog of cat hair and stuff was at the brush head. I took it apart, cleaned out the cat hair with tweezers and I’m back in bizniz! 🙏🏻
This video was great! I had an issue with the roller and the suction in the hose and this video helped me resolve both issues, just when I was about to give up and take the vacuum in for service. The video was detailed and easy to follow, good job!
One of the best tutorials on line to keep your Dyson working for years. My 18 Slim is running perfectly for 15 years now, Note is that most Dyson parts that do not have any metal or electronic components can be washed with soap and water. Jus let them air dry for 24 hours.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Our Dyson has been clogged in the wand for years, and the roller was covered in my daughters' long hair. I've been meaning to take it into the repair shop, but didn't want to pay for it when I knew I could do it if only someone could show me how. Which you did. The roller is purple again and the wand is missing the nickel and hair clump that was blocking it. THANK YOU!!!
Excellent and succinct video. I literally had blockage in every place but the filters. Night and day difference once I cleaned it. Thank you for your video!!!
Another tip is to remove the clear bin from the main cyclone assembly, and then tap the cyclone assembly on a table and fine dust will pour from it and that’s why mine hasn’t lost suction yet because I do it every ten times I empty the bin, and then once a month I take a leaf blower and blow up into the cyclone assembly and just clean everything out
Beautiful vid. Saved me $400. I just tend to buy when something breaks. Vacuum lost suction mid job. I followed your vid instructions, didn't find any blockages, but put it back together, turned it on, and just like it never happened. Must have been the dirty filters. Anyone, very well done. Thanks!!
Thank you! You’re the only one who showed me how to unlatch the handle hose from the base! I knew it had to do with that red latch but I must’ve not pulled it towards me enough to get it to unlatch. 👍🏼
This is amazing, thank you! Tweezers and compressed air also helped clean and declog. Unfortunately, I found a crack in part of the hose, but not the section that you referenced. It's the small part that's attached to the motor part down below (if I'm explaining it correctly). Looking on the website you linked to, I think it's the COV hose assay.
Thank you so much for your descriptive explanation. I managed get my Dyson start working again. Now I have an in depth knowledge of how to clean and trouble shoot my Dyson without any help. Thanks again

Me too,brother.
I'd buy a round for him too!!! Best video ever and saved me and others lots of money!
@@cgraff1337 he’s really awesome man. I’ve book marked that video. Watch it every once or twice a year when a deep cleaning is overdue. 😀
Hear! Hear! 🍻
All my suction is coming out of the top hose. Nothing from the bottom. Any suggestions?
The most informative on Dyson servicing without lousy background music. Thank you

Thank you 😊
Glad I could help
Found a dyson ball animal+ left behind by tenant as "not working". After watching here removed the hose attachment and tiny screw to access the internal horizontal (4" ?) hose. Completely clogged and packed with carpet fibers, a bottle cap and small plastic square. Used a hemostat (or needle nose pliers) to pull the gunk out and Voila! works fine now. Filters were like new. Many thanks!
Well done!!!
Great to hear!
Thank You.
Fantastic!
Amazing and awesome! Thank you!
I see I left a comment on here 3 years ago and I’m still using this video to help me clean my Dyson the right way. Thank you for ur helpful video and I Definately mean HELPFUL!!
You are so welcome! Thank you for coming back!
I cleaned my Dyson for the first time as I am not good with my hands. Your step by step guide was easy to follow. Thank you so much for your help.
Glad it helped!
Awesome! Thank you!
That is great to hear on a Monday morning! Thank you!
Glad it helped!
Thank you so much. I have used this page in the past to fix my Dyson and here I am again. FIXED....
Hooray!
A seam ripper (a sewing tool) is a good way to remove hair from the brushes
Best tool ever for cleaning vacuum brush!
Incredible tip. Thank you for this!
LOL, I use that too! It's a lady thing. Hee Hee!
Such a helpful video! My vacuum hasn’t worked properly in a long time and I thought I had checked every hose and filter but when I unscrewed he back there was a pin that got stuck parallel causing a big backup and blockage. Thank you so much for this helpful tutorial!
Maybe blow compressed air from a can into it? That's what I'm going to try. Or hair dryer on cool?
He doesn't tell you how to clean the dirt out of the mesh area on the cyclone?
Literally did what you showed and holy wow there was a PENCIL stuck in there!!! Thank you! Saved me from tossing the vac & buying a new one!!!!
Glad to help! So happy you were able to fix it!
Wow, thank you for the detail explanation, it really helped me finding the blockage inside the small hose inside the rotating ball; we were going crazy with my husband bc we couldn’t find any problems in all the other obvious parts of the vacuum 👍🏼
Glad it helped!
That is great to hear! Thank you!
Thanks again,
Had the same issue my cyclone had tons of caked on dust. Cleaned out a ton of dust with my sink sprayer and let it dry before use.
@@LemmyAtom1 I do the same thing - using an air hose is the only way to go!
Omgosh! Thank you so much! This video made my life simpler! I was about to cry when it all of sudden stopped working. This video really helped me.
Could you please show how to remove the entire brush roller? Thanks in advance.
Excellent video! I was able to find the clog and learned how to clean my Dyson Animal 2! Thank you! You saved us $$$ to have it cleaned. 👍
Thanks this saved me a trip to Dyson. Now my vacuum is a s good as new.
This man is doing God's work.
Thank you! I literally cleaned one thing and turned it on then had to clean the next thing in the video because it was extremely blocked everywhere 😂😂 you pointed out some places I wasn't sure how to get to so I appreciate it!!
Glad it helped!
Just had mine stop on me. Followed these simple steps and it's back to working like when I bought it! Thank you so much!!!
Awesome!
Great to hear!
I just bought one of these secondhand & needed a general tutorial. And I need to clean it! This was so helpful. Thanks so much!
So glad! Enjoy it!
Thank you for posting this video. I was almost ready to buy a new vacuum, and now my Dyson is working like new.
You are welcome!
The vacuum had no suction at the base, but once I removed the hose with the tab at the base, I found a sonic toothbrush head. I removed it, and then problem was solved! Thank you for a great video!
Excellent tutorial to clean my Dyson. Did all the steps. So much cleaner now. Thank you for such a clear, step by step tutorial.
To wash the hose, use degreaser, stretch it all the way out and hook up an exhaust hose from a shop vac to dry it.
Comprehensive and very clear. The best of all the Dyson service guides.
Glad it helped!
Love u for posting this; the bottom was fully clogged and no suction; now works as new!!!! Thanks!!!
Dude. Thanks a lot. I lost my instruction book. Your video saved me a bunch of grief. Hope your day is sweet. You sure made mine better. Kern P.
That is great. thank you!
Hey just to say the Dyson product manuals are available in .pdf format online. Still, the videos are easier to follow.
Wonderful!
Thank you so much. Fixed the blockage in the lower part of my Dyson. Your presentation was so simple and understandable
Wonderful!
Thanks so much. I couldn’t get the hose to pop out but that’s okay. My issue got fixed. The Dyson people sent it to me during a trouble shooting call.
Excellent and succinct video. I literally had blockage in every place but the filters. Night and day difference once I cleaned it. Thank you for your video!!!
Another tip is to remove the clear bin from the main cyclone assembly, and then tap the cyclone assembly on a table and fine dust will pour from it and that’s why mine hasn’t lost suction yet because I do it every ten times I empty the bin, and then once a month I take a leaf blower and blow up into the cyclone assembly and just clean everything out
I just had a look at mine and I've had mine Dyson for 3 weeks and there's already plenty of dust.
Disgusting
Thank you. Just did it today lots of dust
I don't understand the thumbs down, this video is excellent, thanks so much!
It might be good to know if the 'Cyclone' part (blue lower section) comes off for cleaning,
A dyson vacuum I acquired recently the wheel was loose and I need to tighten it and this video helped thank you.
Thank you so much! I just purchased this and have a husky and Omgggg the hair ! I’ve already gotten things stuck in the hose. This is so helpful.
Glad I could help!
Thank you so much for this video! Helps get to the point real fast and also no background music is a plus so I can hear you and the vacuum parts.
Awesome, thank you!
Thanks!!
Excellent! This vacuum is brilliantly engineered! Simple stupid easy to maintain. Thanks for the great video.
fixed my problem within the first 50 seconds of the video. Thank you!
Excellent!
Honestly the most useful video I’ve ever watched in my life. Thank you SO much!
Thank you! You’re the only one who showed me how to unlatch the handle hose from the base! I knew it had to do with that red latch but I must’ve not pulled it towards me enough to get it to unlatch. 👍🏼
Glad we could help!
Thank you so very much ! Saved me a trip to a repairman! Now I know what to do and how often I will definitely do it
Great to hear!
Glad to help!
Wow. I forgot about how to remove thee outer part of the clear plastic to clean it. Now my vacuum works again. Thank you!!!
