How amazing to see life inside the Empire. I remember my grandparents going to play bingo there. The steps and the round portal holes at the side, bring back so many memories. I used to hear “eyes down for the last house” out of those, (they were always propped open) whilst I waited outside with my dad and sister in the late 70’s. Yes I’m old 😂🤣😂🤣 My heart will always be in Great Yarmouth. Great video Tim, as always. ❤️
Another great & fantastic video of Great Yarmouth Seafront Tour at Night & Firework Display it brought back happy memories!.😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Hi Tim I used to love the lights being across the road it used to look really good. Great vlog love the seaside at night. Thanks for sharing with us love to you as always Tracey 💕 xxxx
Nice video Tim. I left Great Yarmouth in 1964, Move to Canada. Anyway our family had a house on Seafield Close, I could see the Pleasure Beach from my bedroom window, and the entrance to the Model Village. Great times, but I don’t remember any fireworks back then, only we did see many many bonfires come November 5th all built on the sand, and of course the fireworks that night. Still your drone shots were good, something a lot of us have not seen. So cheers from Vancouver, this day December 18th 2024.🇨🇦👍
Another great video Tim, the big wheel certainly stands out and more so at night. It’ll be a shame when it goes, and hard to replace. Loved seeing inside The Empire too, and it being reused rather than left to decay, and an impressive ceiling in there..
We were there for the fireworks and also visited The Empire. Great Yarmouth is slowly coming back to life and when the Winter Gardens has been finished its another step in the right direction. Can't remember the pub but in the Gents toilets was a flyer for Gaby Starbucks upcoming gig there LOL
Great vlog of Yarmouth at night Tim, the big wheel looks awesome at night, so gutted i can't make it into Norfolk this year, thank goodness we have your amazing channel Tim, thanks for sharing ❤️😀👍
Greetings Tim, l have just finished watching your latest film Great Yarmouth Seafront Tour at Night featuring the Firework display. I would just like to say how much l enjoyed it, the aerial footage was spectacular, keep up the great work promoting the Seaside Tim, thanks again J.D.👍
Sorry I missed this earlier. Great night when you filmed Tim. Looks beautiful. Love the night walks. Love Great Yarmouth always. One of my favorite places you take us Tim. So pretty there. Thanks Tim. 💥💥
Edinburgh beach is worth a visit, you could do a Edinburgh tour to see the castle and the Royal Mile which is brilliant., your Mrs will love the shops there too LOL.
When I worked stvyhe royalty theatre in late 80s the main beach front had string lights crossing over road all way down all multi coloured and the fairground had huge light display on front was like disappearing diamond shape in multi colours. It was very magical back then loved it. I also find it sad that Wellington pier isn't s theatre anymore. Saw alot of celebrities grace the stage there. . Also yhe winter gardens now not being there sad how times change and miss some of great paces. Regent Road used to have same bulb strip lights and they looked dpectaculsr.
@@WalkWithMeTim all that lights, across that street, all the lights on seaside, amusement park. I have asperser, and do not feeling comfortable after dark, in crowds, so even if I have been many times at seaside holidays, I did admire them [lights] only from hotel room.
Got to see in The Empire in this one so wasn't sure what to expect. Would have been nice as a theatre back in the day but at least it has survived unlike many old theatres.

I think it is sad that piers don't seem to put on shows anymore. We saw Anna Karen in a show on one of the piers in Yarmouth and then afterwards she came into the same pub we were in. At Blackpool we saw peters and Lee at the north pier. we then went next door into the Merry England bar.
Nice video Tim!! I was surprised to see Great Yarmouth this busy, with schools going back etc. Are you still planning to do the walk on the rollercoaster at the pleasure beach?
