    Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 250 gms
    Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
    Finely Chopped Onion - 1 (Medium)
    Finely Chopped Garlic - 1 Tbsp
    Ginger Julienne - 1 Tbsp
    Turmeric Powder - ½ Tsp
    Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
    Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
    Cumin Powder - ½ Tsp
    Chopped Tomato - 1 (Medium)
    Sliced Green Capsicum - ½ (Medium)
    Sliced Red Capsicum - ½ (Medium)
    Coriander Leaves - For Garnish
    Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
    Salt to Taste
    Oil - 2 Tbsp

    Adding tomato after paneer can help to retain nutrients and will need less oil/ghee

    It's looking very yummy pls tell the calories per plate it will be easy for us to calculate the calories and yes I tried Ur chickpea carrot soup it was delicious more diet food for fatloss and high protein rich lots of love and power to u ❤️❤️❤️

      @@Bowl2Soul Quantity of oil used....otherwise rest of the ingredients are healthy....i would use home made paneer using skimmed milk to cut out on fat in paneer as well, to make it even more healthier......also i mention oil becoz using less oil wont make the dish so appetizing (nice looking)
