It’s a super quick delicious paneer masala recipe with a curd based gravy. Try the recipe, I am sure you will love it! Cheers!

Hello sanjotji.. namaste.. I tried your veg Kolhapuri . And veg handi diwani recipie .. I know basic cooking.. but never prepared anything special.. my mumma is on dialysis n Haven't eaten more than 1 roti since 3 months .. when I made these two recipies.. she ate 3 rotis. N now eating basic..food well She looks forward to Mondays because that's when I prepare ur recipies. I am so thankful to u... Thank u so much sanjotji
The recipe is absolutely amazing in every respect. Made it just now for lunch with rotis. Recipe is simple and straight. Ingredients are the staples in most Indian household kitchens. Hardly any chopping and clean up. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for posting this recipe :)
I made this dish for my boy friend and his family, and my family as well….the recipe definitely took me longer than 30-45 min to make keeping in mind prep time and cleaning time…the dish was amazing ❤❤thank you, and you’ve gained my subscription 🫶🙌
Learned about amazing vegetarian Indian food and it's a blessing. No other cuisine comes close. I love getting these easy recipe and can cook them easily .
Did try this recipe and loved it! However, I added green papers as I had leftover marinated masala and followed the steps of how you did paneer. Did add a little bit of sugar as Dahi Garvy was testing sour. Thank you for your fantastic recipe; you are my go-to chef when I need some twist to my regular food. I added almond flour as I didn't have melon seeds. Because of religious beliefs, my cooking is without O&G Thank 🙇 ❤️
Prepared Dahi Waala Paneer for dinner tonight. Thanks to you chef Sanjyot and YourFoodLab for reigniting the inner chef within me. Felt so good after so long. It was loved by all family members.
I just made this recipe last night as part of a Diwali feast, and it is very good. Only change I made was a drizzle of honey in the gravy to cut the tang and boost some flavors. This dish is wonderful. Thank you 🙏🏻

I'm in love with your channel. The way the videos are shot, it's simply awesome. I've tried a couple of your recipes, they turned out delicious and this is my very first comment. Also, the way you handle food is soooo sensual 😊💜
Brilliant Sanjyot. Just by the aesthetics of the dish, I can understand the taste. For those who want to add a sweeter or mughlai touch to it... just before adding paneer and dhaniya: 1. Turn off the gas 2. Add a tbsp (or 2) of honey and mix will in the gravy (remember - off the flame) 3. Optional (add some soaked raisins) 4. Now, before the gravy gets cold, add the paneer. 5. Garnish with ginger juliens, dhaniya and few drops of Kewra. Yes Sir!.... 2 flavours - slightly different - one sweet, one salty - both good.
Thanks a lot Sanjyot for the recipe! Prepared it for my mom today because it was Ekadashi. Curry came out pretty well, although I had to use peanuts instead of cashew because I realized halfway through that there were no cashews in the house. I thought the curry had a little sour taste. Is it because of the curd?
Fact about yfl- when he always says check the seasoning he always and always add salt into it there is no video in which he didn't add salt after checking seasoning 😂
Your all recipes are awesome. I always feel hungry whenever I see any of ur veg recipes.Ur cooking style and minimum conversation is d best part and one more thing is d video graphy which make me more tempted
Amazing recipe!! Super yummy!! I made 1 modification though…replaced melon seeds with almonds and still it came out so well. But I’m definitely gonna try with the melon seeds as well…must try!!
Well, my mom works as a dental nurse and comes home late, so I usually cook at night. The thing is my parents follow a rule that at Tuesday's we won't use onion or garlic so I make a complete jain paneer mutter ...I was considering using the grean peas also, because I already kept them peeled....so my question is will it taste funny?

Fact about yfl- when he always says check the seasoning he always and always add salt into it there is no video in which he didn't add salt after checking seasoning 😂
True
That's because it makes sense to add salt after he says to check the seasoning because it should be bland when he says check seasoning.
