Thomas McDowell, now 63, has been held in the #lexington #countyjail for almost two years, ever since he was arrested at his #northcarolina home for the 1986 killing of Jessica Gutierrez. Now he will face trial in the little girl’s death beginning the week of Feb. 5, 2024.
