That was brilliant, Jo. We have never been , can't believe it's so big, and loads to do and see.. we will be putting it on our list. Thank you for sharing 😊 x
Plenty of space to park Brutie (the new bus) and take the pooches too! Although they can't go in the houses, but you could take turns. They can go on the buses and trams though. Well worth a visit - and the ticket lasts one year so you can go back.
Never heard of this but we really want to go now! Love a bit of nostalgia (well, not really nostalgia, we weren't alive then 😆) but to get to see and experience that era. I can't believe it's so big and how much there is! Looks worth every penny. Fab video, thanks for sharing this place 👍
It’s right up to the 1950s so it was probably that bit that made me nostalgic as it had loads from my grandmas house such as food packets 😳🤣 It’s worth a drive up north for and the local pub stop is fab too 👍
Thanks both! I wondered what the premier was all about so gave it a go. Not sure I'm big enough for my own premier yet haha! I absolutely loved Beamish and can't wait to go back - it's on my list for the next 6 weeks when the weather improves! Great pub stopover too (see my other vlog of the Black Horse).
I did want to go on the helter-skelter but a big group of Brownies turned up at the same time and I remember I was an adult. Although it's on my list to go back to...so next time ;-) The whole place takes you back in time. I do love a bit of nostalgia.
