Hey! This video helped me too just now! Really windy day here in Austin, Texas with the nationwide cold front coming and that wind got to the point where there was a noticeable amount seeping in through the back door and I was feeling cold. After doing this it feels completely normal in my house. It wasn't freezing cuz it wasn't too cold yet so even if it impacted the heat a bit it still was at the right temp but I knew that it would heavily impact overnight and so I am very glad I found this. Hey! This worked for us and our exterior kitchen/back door. Prying the stripping out a quarter inch or so did the trick. THANK YOU!

You’re only pulling it out a little and just in the area where it’s leaking, not the entire length

I do. It was the original. Now the door is black lol
