Yes. You can add up to 6 different Violin Sections, 3 Viola Sections, 3 Cello Sections and 3 Bass Sections in the same room. Any Section you add to your project shows up in the "Room & Positioning" view. All String Sections instances communicate each other, so the Room parameters, mic distance and positions are known by any section instance.
I just bought the Cello for Ios and it is amazing combined with Geoshred. Pity that I just discovered that Strings is releasing in 2024 for Ipad, could have bought woodwinds instead. Any plans for a SWAM piano?
Let's clarify: all the SWAM Solo Instruments Collection is already available for desktop and iOS. SWAM String Sections are for desktop only. No plans or release dates for an iOS version of the Sections.
I hope the music part of this video interview tutorial will be released next. I did see his performance but I would like to see examples of how to get a more ensemble-like sound, and how the parts of his approach sound bit by bit. Honestly I'm hearing this as a creative instrument, but I want to see how to work towards realistic orchestral mockups.
