I have severe upper back pain.. I’ve used every device you can think of relieve the pain between my shoulder blades. Finally bought one of these today and caved in and was shocked it popped by back really well

Ive used one of these for years and can certify that they work. I used to suffer terrible lower and mid back pain (heavy lifting at work) and this device was the only thing that did the trick. Better posture and pain gone after lying on this for 5/10 mins!

Level 2 is definitely the goldilocks zone. That device works amazingly well. Great presentation.

It didn't do much for me on the floor. I use it in a recliner on lowest setting with a pillow behind it and recline back and its amazing.

I got mine today & used it on the lowest, seemed pretty good, as soon as I layed down I heard my back pop in a few places 😄
I also got the neck hero, it also seemed good.

never went to doctor about my lower back but i feel like i have a loose disk that pops out slightly to my left somtimes, makes it super hard to walk property without stabbing pain, i use level 3. i bought the one called chi fit. level 3 helps me the most cause it stretches your spine like chinese finger trap, ontop of that i stretch my arms high as i can above my head while also stretching my legs to stretchl the muscles up and down as well

I've had mine for a couple of years now for my lower back pain, and was curious what other peoples experienced. For me, it doesnt cure my back pain, but it definitely helps a LOT to help me thru my days. I put it on level 3 because thats where it feel most effective for my pain, and I just try to let my back ease into the strech slowly until I can fully lay down. Taking deep breaths helps. Ill even implement a few other lower back stretches while on the board to help get a deeper relief. After a few minutes of laying on the board, I found the best way to get off is to slide the board out from under your back and just lay flat on the floor for a minute. Try not to move ur body too much, and just breath deeply. After another minuter or two, youll feel when ur body is ready to move again

Within 30 second of getting on it (middle level) I immediately had a muscle spasm.
Stretching usually makes them go away so i’m 🙏🏼 this works.

Using it on the bed is convenient but the mattress takes its own shape as per the pressure on it. Floor is firm and leveled hence the posture while using it daily will be the same.
