I was suffering from sciatica nerve pain since past 7-8 months.
When I had extreme pain from lower spine to my toes my doctor used to administer some injection which provided me with pain relief but only for 7-8 days. The pain would come back again after that period.
One day I purchased this from amazon india for around INR 400 and it provided me with relief from day 1.

@@AmardeepSingh-le2lg hey amardeep, when I purchased this product I used to sleep on level 1 (lowest level) for 15-20 minutes before going to bed for 2-3 days 2 times a day. After that I used to sleep on level 2 for 15-20 minutes 2 times a day for a few days. I never had to sleep on level 3 as my pain has gone away on level 2 itself.
Sometimes when the pain comes back i repeat the process for a week and i get relief for next 3-5 months . You can use it as per your pain. You are the best judge for yourself.

I took medicine for two weeks for back pain as doctor said intervertebral space between L5 and sacral vertebrae decreased ,after stopping medicine again pain is coming when I woke up 😭can I use this to reduce pain?

Never start by sitting in front of the device and then lying back onto it! Terribly stressful for discs. Instead, lie down on your back first, then slowly do a glute lift with knees bent and SLIDE the device under you, then settle down onto it. Get off the device in the reverse, by SLIDING it out from under you. Please do NOT follow the video.
