White Aura monsters could use it to bring back the smaller ones as Tuners, I think. A few Icejade monsters like Aegirine, Acti and Temola can also work. Honestly, this has potential.
Wow i was surprised that Crunk, the big 5 member’s card from his deck (penguin deck), “ocean of regeneration” would ever come out since he used it against Tea during the Noah Arc. It’s quite possible some other cards from the show will keep on popping up. Also I heard Bakura fusion zombie card is coming out as well.

Technically once Infinite Forbidden is out any deck that has the room can add 2 1 card combos to their deck. Not only have we seen how small the Fiendsmith engine can be but we can also run 3 Nightmare Throne,1 Spirit of Yubel, and 1 Yubel to make Phantom of Yubel. This applies even to decks that don't have any 1 card combos and give them a competitive edge they might have needed to move from the rogue category into the tier 2, tier 1.5, and tier 1 slots. This includes decks like Mannadium who fell out of the tier 1 category after losing Baronne. Although I am concerned being able to give decks like pure White Woods the tools they need to stop Nibirus onslaught so that any deck that is powerful enough will have a fair chance at winning is good It comes at the cost of widening the gap between certain decks a little bit. However I think its worth it if it brings the majority of decks so close in power and consistency that it becomes hard to tell the difference between rouge, tier 1 tier, 1.5, and tier 2 that majority of people will only complain about prices instead of complaining about how far apart the different tiers of Yugioh decks are. I just can't wait to play a version of Dinos that isn't just a rogue deck.

In the original Rage of the Abyss there were also penguin cards. Maybe we will get new Penguin Cards in Rage of the Abyss
