We remodeled our kitchen, and and decided to purchase the titanium Schmidt Bros. Knife set from Bed Bath & Beyond. One of the main deciding factors of my purchase was the knife block's upright and thin profile on my counter, which allows me to line it up against the wall without worrying it's in my toddler's immediate reach. However, 3 months later, the plexi-glass covers on both sides are bowed! SO disappointing, considering how much money I spent on this! PLEASE FIX THIS FLAW IN YOUR DESIGN!

Hi Schmidt Bros! I bought your knives and after 2 months of use, the bone is cracking. Customer service asked for pictures, which I sent, and they haven't gotten back to me since. It's been a month and a half and I've continued to email them regularly but attempts have been unsuccessful. I can't find a phone number or any other communication options so I've resorted to social media. Please let me know what my next step is. Thank you!

Not bad but cuts are inconsistent
