- The all new Audi A3 sedan has landed in South Africa and it is undoubtedly the best looking compact sedan in my opinion. The thorny issue regarding this new release is the pricing of the car. The base model A3 starts from R561 000 and goes all the way to over R700 000 when fully specced.

35 TFSI refers to the power output of the engine.
For example 30 TFSI = 81kW- 91kW
35 TFSI = 110 kW - 120 kW
40 TFSI = 125 kW - 150kW
45 TFSI = 169kW - 185kW

I like your candid reviews, I do think the merc comment is your subjective opinion though (which we’re all allowed to have) I find merc’s cars classic. One of my cars is a 2007 Clk and I still get compliments. Keep up the good work bro

Another dope review my man. I will say that Audi make stunning cars and very premium interiors. The car looks grown and sophisticated compared to it's golf 7 cousin that obviously went to publuc school and at the price point it is way cheaper than the Merc or BMW competitors for the features listed.

perhaps "Mercedes sucks at making timeless cars," but they are definitely great at making memorable classics. That's far more than I can say for Audi though. However, I do feel that Audi generally designs better exteriors than Merc and BMW in recent years. I like the dash of dry humour in your videos. 😄

I love Audi but hate that they are removing standard features and making you pay for them. For example, folding rear seats... free in a polo and every other car... 4.5k to get it in the A3

Really love this car but it out of reach at this point in time, do you think I can get the previous one full spec (sline, virtual cockpit, B/O sound) with less money???

The new GTI is equally ugly but it's honestly much better than this or a year old Tiguan. Anyone that buys an A3 at R730K is not very smart in my opinion.
