    Its one of those trucks that if you love it, it’ll treat you fair. If you dont care about it, it’ll be your worst nightmare. very nice truck, man. I actually love my 6.4 as well. An uncommon body style that’s appealing with enough power to force a smile every time i drive it.

    Beautiful truck. I love mine too, 2008 6.4. I got it when the lights was on due to clogged egr. Engine failed to start after I replaced the fuel filter and accidentally damaged the fuel pump. I also had a leaking radiator that I replaced. I still love the truck and will continue driving it for my building projects.

    The '08-10's were an extremely short run but the body style and interior styling made the best looking Ford Super Duty's in my opinion. They look like a bulldog of a truck with an extremely comfortable interior that has a rugged yet elegant look. The 6.4 is a great powerplant without the emmissions on it and if it's built out of it's shortcomings/weaknesses will last a good half million+ before needing a rebuild. There's plenty of owners that will verify that. You've got to take care of it though! Yours is a beautiful truck! Great color! Great paint scheme! Great headlights! Nice stance! Looking good bud! Pay those naysayer's no nevermind! Ride your truck; it's looking good!

    LOVE my 6.4. its a shame when people just take surface info and think its blanket coverage for all time. If you do the work to correct the issues (yes its a bit but its worth it) and you stay religious with changes on your fluids and filters. Itll run forever. International gave these engines 500k warranty originally. But when they had to make it for the consumer market Ford cut corners to recoup damages on the 6.0 and save greatly on production. ended up being a shit show for em. Im at 240k and im going strooong. She should make it to 1M at this rate.

      @jamesjetson3812 3 роки тому

      The 7.3s are ok, but by this day in age most ppl are draining more oil than they put in them. they cant hold a candle to the stock power these new diesels are producing to begin with. Throw in the old age blow by and the outdated body styles. They just arent worth it anymore. The 6.7 will grenade every bit as fast as the 6.4. Fuel systems are about the same. Ppl just overdid the 6.4 early on with hot tunes because all the power potential was there. Being the first powerstroke to go without oil fired injection. Tunes are a good bit better these days. The biggest difference is the 6.4 hasnt been around as long as the 6.7. So remanufactured parts are costing more because supply isnt exceeding demand…

      When this one was down I was considering wanting a 6.0 just cause it was cheaper than this one but oh well

      Rick Rascon have you ever even owned a 6.0? If not how could you say there junk yes 7.3s are reliable but that’s about it my 6.0 would walk circles around it and pull so much more. 7.3s are out dated and slow.

      Probably never driven a 6.4, just going off of what everyone else says, proud owner talking here.
