I started playing Jun several days ago after watching some of your videos. This video is great timing for me. Thank you for making this. 🫡 (Btw: at Evo, Jun was one of the most popular characters during pools, day 1. She dropped off during Day 2. I think I saw one. Then there were none in top 24. Top 6 Evo characters are as follows: 3 Dragunovs, 1 Jin, 1 Nina and 1 Kazuya.) (thought that was interesting.)
Hi very helpful. I am still early learning with Jun but one thing I am having some trouble with against some players are those that play very defensively against Jun. Is a good approach to try to turtle them back or is there some good way to be able to be offensive and break their defense down.
breaking the defense is a little bit harder cause she is born as a defensive character. I would say stick to basic poking as d4, db3 and such to open them up a bit, and once you find an opening you kill them
Ciao Blec, grazie a questa guida ho imparato come far danno fisico, oltre a quello emotivo, con Jun Kazama. Inoltre ora sono in grado di zittire entità canine con un'estrema facilità con solo l'imposizione della voce. Grazie mille ciao.
Thanks for the guide! Never really knew how to pressure opponents on the ground so finding out using GEN stance was really cool. Also, I do see many Jun players such as KiraKira use 1+4 as well as the strings that can follow it, but I haven't seen PTJ use that string much. I don't remember you mentioning it, so what are your thoughts on it?
It's an interesting low because it tracks both ways and has mixup follow-ups, but like cancan if the low gets blocked you get punished. Still, a nice low string to use sometimes, definitely ^^
@@dourmatt you're referring to her White Heron string. I think those of us who use it are likely Legacy players. That was a very important string for BnBs in most of the older Tekkens, even for Asuka. I, myself, being a Jun and Asuka main all my life, have found many ways to utilize it but I hardly see other high-level Jun's using it. I'm a Tekken King and I've won SO many matches playing mindgames with it. But I have a friend who's also a high-level player but T7 was his first-- which was coincidentally, the only Tekken I didn't play much-- he always laughs when he sees me use it in matches, saying "Stop using that nut-ass string" until he sees how much it actually works. He's now thinking of picking Jun up. 🤣
Sorry for the mic quality guys, I had some technical troubles today, hope you can still understand what I say ^^

Question: if u use 1+2 as a punish, is it not worth to enter on miare stance for recover some “cheaped” health? Ty ❤
1+2 doesn't need you to use any health!
