Thank you for stopping by, I'm actually pretty excited to see if this dirted bottom helps everything grow. I might head to petsmart to buy a new plant or two.

    Dear Gabriel:
What do you mean by “dirted tank?” What did you use to fertilize the tanks? Is it compost (processed horse manure); potting soil; or something else?
As for guppy grass, Google says:
Najas guadalupensis, also known as guppy grass, is a relatively easy-to-care-for aquatic plant that requires minimal maintenance. Here are some tips for caring for guppy grass:
    • Water: Guppy grass prefers water temperatures between 68-79°F (20-26°C), a pH of 6.0-8.0, and hardness levels of 2-20 GH. The water should be well-oxygenated, filtered, and free of ammonia, nitrates, and phosphates. Transitioning guppy grass to new water conditions may cause it to melt initially, but it will recover as it adjusts.
    • Light: Guppy grass prefers low to moderate lighting. Monitor the light intensity to ensure the plant is getting enough light, but not too much.
    • Fertilizer: Guppy grass may benefit from a little liquid fertilization.
    • Propagation: Guppy grass can be propagated from a single stem that can be broken into sections and placed in the aquarium.
    • Placement: Guppy grass can be placed anywhere in an aquarium.
    • Wrapping: Guppy grass can be wrapped around small branches to grow on them, but it should be kept out of strong flow and minimal damage should be done while wrapping.
In my experience, guppy grass is extremely hardy and grows quickly, in most set-ups. It doesn’t seem to be doing very well in 75 I. But, that is probably because I have boisterous fish, there. Left undisturbed, it should do fine, either rooted or floating. I tend to believe it would do best if the roots were in a fertilized substrate.
Thank you for sharing this, charming video.
    All my best,
    Sincerely,
    E. J. Brinegar

It is a potted soil or something like that, the picture of the bag is the main picture of one of my videos.

I just let guppy grass float and it will eventually find a place to hang out.

Thankyou sir, I'm hoping that dirt puts off some nutrients for the plants in there to flourish. I need to put some fish in there as well but i have more tanks than fish right now :p Thanks for stopping by brother.

Don't plant the guppy grass. The planted end will die off. Best to either just let it float, or tuck some of it in a crevice or wood, but still it's best to just let it float. The current will determine it's final resting place. Medium light is best. When I used to have it, it grew like crazy in my 15g, but I planted some in my 55g and it died off. Best of luck
