    This is helpful. Recently I have been saying yes to many projects but the. I procrastinate and don’t follow through things. Some of the people I’m working with actually called me out, one group even left me out of the project because I was not consistent, missed a zoom meeting and was not doing my part of the project. I really want to improve and be a good reliable consistent person.

      It certainly starts with awareness! Check out The Now Habit by Fiore... that book really helped me overcome my procrastination tendencies!
